Boston IVF, The Albany Center

I switched from another fertility clinic to this location and I couldn’t be happier. I feel supported, the communication is excellent and I actually met with the doctor to review my treatment plan instead of a one size fits all approach. Everyone has been super kind between the nurse doing my bloodwork, the ultrasounds and our nurse who always returns calls or portal messages with 24 hours. I’ve never had to wait beyond my appointment time and I feel respected and treated with dignity every time I’ve been in

The problem is that I've been trying to contact you for over a month, trying to follow up on the treatment, but you never get back to me even when you promise. You send a lot of emails, but none of them are helpful, and when we manage to get through, the call drops. This family matter is extremely important, you should understand that, and it seems you don't care about some of your clients.

I had the MOST discouraging experience with Boston IVF. For such a sensitive line of work, the nurse assigned to my care team, Jessica, lacked ANY empathy towards an already difficult situation I am facing. Whether it was the lack of organization, inability to return phone calls for days at a time, scheduling the wrong tests and lab work, or changing multiple appointments last minute, an already stressful situation was made much worse. I can honestly say the only person who was helpful in any way while being a patient here was the receptionist, as she was the ONLY one who ever answered the phone. When I called and asked to speak to the manager about this situation after weeks of hoping it would get better, I had to leave a message for her as well, and to no surprise, had to leave multiple messages and it took days to hear back from her as well. I wish I never wasted my time or money at Boston IVF.

We simply cannot express our gratitude enough. The staff was so incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. Our family has grown (literally) beyond our dreams because of IVF. Follow their instructions to a tee... you have to take responsibility for your own schedule and medications... they don't live with you... you have to do much of this on your own. That is how IVF works. Do your homework and listen to them. And have faith and patience!!! 10 millions stars and thank you's to Boston IVF Albany Center.

There is really so much that I could write here! I have been going to Boston IVF, the Albany location, for a couple years now. I had some pre-existing medical concerns that made me opt to start freezing embryos in the chance that I may become infertile. The entire staff, and I mean the entire staff, are absolutely tremendous, caring, knowledgeable, and helpful. From the folks who schedule appointments, to the financial clearance folks, to the techs, and the physicians- everyone is amazing. It is the most organized physician’s office I have ever been to- everything is well thought out, and they have made it super easy to follow instructions. I am now 12 weeks pregnant, and I am so thankful for all of the wonderful care I received at Albany IVF. Dr. Elguero was my physician and I have never met a physician as thorough as her. She is caring, understanding, and quite honestly a miracle worker. I am so thankful that this is where I decided to get care. I can’t thank them enough, and I hope this review helps folks who are struggling and need assistance to opt to use this location. I promise you will not regret it!
