Boston IVF – The Quincy Center

So far my experience with Boston IVF has been wonderful! They got me in and out for my initial testing and my first consult with my doctor was thorough, but still warm.

We are a military family being forced to make a military move so I have to leave my current fertility clinic down in DC where I am in the middle of receiving treatment. When I called the Providence location for Boston IVF they told me that they would be unable to see me for 6 months despite the fact I am in the middle of treatment after dealing with infertility for years. The person who spoke to me on the phone made me feel very unimportant and small. That my journey absolutely did not matter and there was nothing they could do for me other than have me wait 6 months and start over. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted.

The entire staff was patient and helpful. My doctor was so kind and caring and made sure to spend the time I needed to have all my questions answered. And I had a baby! Only high praises from me and my husband for Boston IVF.

I had a wonderful experience at Boston IVF, Quincy. My doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process with us. Every step of the process is thought through. I received paperwork or videos to watch for everything so that I always knew exactly where I was in the process. They even have a team that works with insurance and communicates exactly what is covered and what is not. The nurses were wonderful and are all rooting for you. My process began in 2019 which means I was a patient during the pandemic. The rules were constantly changing but the team was always wonderful. It was so wonderful that I have to remind myself that most doctors offices are just not like this. The feeling of walking into a building and feeling that everyone is patient, kind, on your team is truly one of a kind.

Working with Boston IVF is so easy. They have an incredible team who is very efficient and extremely helpful. They also leverage technology (online forms/phone apps), which makes it really easy to stay organized and informed. The facilities are clean, and the staff is friendly/compassionate. They are very well staffed, which makes a huge difference when compared to other types of medical visits. With all the testing required for fertility treatments, they have the process down to a T, making appointments have little to no wait times and very fast. I was so happy with my two rounds of egg freezing and am confident future treatments will go just as smoothly. I primarily went to Quincy and Waltham locations for all of my appointments/procedures. While it's a drive to get there from where I live on Cape Cod, it was/is worth it.
