Don't be fooled by the fabricated 5-star reviews with no detailed feedback. Here's the honest truth from someone who experienced predatory practices at this facility. My wife and I came to CCRM with the hope of building our family, but quickly realized that their primary focus was not on helping us—it was on taking our money. From the very beginning, we noticed how they nickel-and-dimed us throughout the entire process. Without insurance, we paid out-of-pocket, only to find unexpected bills from Labcorp that CCRM claimed we owed. It seemed as though they over-billed Labcorp and passed the inflated charges onto us. When Dr. Katherine McKnight sat us down to discuss their outrageous pricing for a single round of IVF, we decided to leave. That’s when the real billing nightmare began—more charges started to roll in. Luis Corona, their finance director, proved to be useless, unable or unwilling to assist us in any meaningful way. It became painfully clear that CCRM’s only priority was our money, not our success or well-being. Ultimately, my wife and I had to seek IVF treatment outside the US, and today, we’re grateful to be raising our sweet baby boy. This experience has been a lesson in the importance of researching the practices of fertility clinics, and I hope my honest review helps others avoid falling victim to the same predatory behavior.

Dr. Hickman made me and my partner feel at ease. He was very informal with the process and steps to take. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to go for fertility help.

My experience at CCRM of Houston was very positive. I was hoping to find success with IVF, and we did. Regardless of what our transfer outcome will be, I am thankful for Dr. Hickman and his staff. Our doctor and nurses (Nurse Sonia & all who helped) were very knowledgeable and supportive. Dr. Hickman was present during my whole treatment. He listened to and remembered all of our concerns. I was also able to meet and speak with the embryologist before my egg retrieval. I had direct, consistent communication about our results as well. If you are reading this in hope of finding an honest review from someone who has experienced IVF with CCRM as well as IVF at another facility, I highly recommend to trust CCRM of Houston and Dr. Hickman.

From start to finish my husband and I have had an extremely positive experience with the CCRM team. Dr.Zhou, Allie, and the full team with CCRM are wonderful. The front desk team as well as the nursing staff are always so welcoming. The whole team is very thorough in proactively making sure you understand what is happening at every step of your journey, providing options when they are available, and is compassionate throughout. Unlike some reviews I see, I found my care team to always be very responsive through the Salve app and by phone when needed. You do not see your doctor every visit, but you do for the important ones. With so many women coming in every morning for blood draws and ultrasounds it just does not make sense that you would see your doctor for this every time. It’s much faster to have those periodic checks done by the staff available and I personally appreciated that and being able to get to my work day early consistently (always 7:30am appointments) instead of the nightmare it would be to schedule to see your specific doctor every single day (when doing daily or every other day appointments). I’ll add that, due to the timing being so sensitive for egg retrievals/transfers, it is not guaranteed that all of your procedures will fall on your doctor’s working days. The CCRM team prioritizes what will lead to the highest chance of a success outcome instead of scheduling for a day and time that your doctor is available. I personally was okay with this. Dr.McKnight performed my egg retrieval and I had a positive experience with her. Dr.Zhou performed my transfer and was fantastic as always. I’d recommend this team to anyone starting their fertility journey! Context: My husband and I came to CCRM for IVF and into my first pregnancy.
