I was very nervous about doing egg retrieval, but society hill made it smooth, and I felt very taken care of. I liked that it was smaller and more personalized. They were adjusted my medications and I had an extremely successful egg retrieval. I liked that I could just call the office and get an answer right away, and they made me feel cared for, unlike at a bigger practice. It is important to support women owned businesses, especially in the healthcare world, which is male dominated. I rec my friends to go here as well.

After switching to Penn, I’m convinced that society hill should shut down. My new practice at Penn offers much more personalized titration of ivf medications because they are open on weekends and holidays. Society hill has everyone do the same protocol and barely adjusts the doses based on the results of labs and ultrasounds. Additionally I was successful in 1 round at Penn. Icing on the cake was that all the out of pocket costs were significantly CHEAPER at Penn. Please ask for a breakdown of costs and compare to that of penn and RMA and you will see firsthand. There is absolutely no reason to come to this place rather than RMA or Penn. Society hill is much smaller with less resources and open hours which will affect outcomes. I’m also skeptical that their reviews are not falsified. Many of their 5 star reviews are from profiles that have a stock photo, full name, and only 1 review.

This is such a wonderful practice, I highly recommend it! I started at RMA but found that the doctors weren’t acknowledging any of my concerns or incorporating my other health issues into their treatment plans, it felt more like a cookie cutter factory. I wasn’t having success at RMA, so I transferred over to SHRM. Dr. Kelly personalizes her treatment plans for you and listens to what your concerns and preferences are. She also carefully considered my other health issues and discussed how we could deal with them to improve the outcomes. If you have any other health issues or aren’t the most basic case, I’d highly recommend seeing Dr Kelly. Also, her staff are simply amazing. The nurses are responsive over phone and the messaging portal, the office is run efficiently with little to no wait times, and it’s incredibly easy to schedule anything. I had to switch from an egg retrieval to an embryo transfer on the first day of the cycle and Beth took care of everything immediately and completely removed any stress on my end. Now that I’m pregnant, I wish SHRM could be my OBGYN because this is really the most supportive and effective doctors office I’ve ever been to. Definitely recommend them!

She is an innovator and gifted leader in the field of reproductive health as well as an incredibly kind doctor, who is always ready to listen to my concerns and respond with the best medical plan for me.
