Mark is a GEM!!! Mark at CCRM Fertility of Northern Virginia is truly amazing! Every time I come in for bloodwork, he makes the experience so comfortable and stress-free. I have small veins and can be a difficult draw, but Mark gets it right every time with skill, patience, and kindness. Beyond his expertise, he is such a warm and caring person who instantly puts me at ease. His compassion and professionalism make all the difference in this journey, and I am so grateful for him! I had been treated at two other fertility clinics by two different doctors before I found CCRM and Dr. Martini. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic, Dr. Martini, and the incredible staff. From the start, everyone was exceptionally kind and supportive. Dr. Martini outlined a few options for us which restored our hope after multiple failed treatments. Michelle and Mark stand out for their kindness and personable care—they truly have made me feel at ease. Dr. Martini and Michelle have been particularly sensitive to my history of pregnancy loss, offering more frequent and personalized monitoring tailored to my needs. There truly are not words to describe just how incredible our experience was with Dr. Martini and every single staff member we interacted with at CCRM. It has taken us weeks to write this review because words just do not do this clinic justice. The standard of care here is unmatched. Dr.Martini is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She is one of the best doctors we have ever had the privilege of working with. The clinical staff is elite. Jan, Ashley, and Michelle were with us every step of the way. Jan is so responsive to messages/questions and she is genuinely easy to talk to. We never felt like we were on our own or left wondering what was next. Michelle and Ashley took such good care of us during ultrasound appointments and any time we were in the office. The people that work here truly do care about their patients and the work that they do. We cannot recommend this clinic enough. There are fertility clinics everywhere, but CCRM is truly a gem. Thank you to everyone at CCRM that had a part in our journey. We will never forget our experience with you all. Each of you left such a positive impact. We will always hold a special place in our hearts for this clinic. If anyone is wondering whether or not CCRM is the right choice, it is.
