I had an excellent experience with CCRM Miami throughout my IVF journey. The entire team was professional, responsive, and supportive from start to finish. The nurses were always patient when answering questions, and communication was clear throughout the process. I especially appreciated how organized everything was, which made a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Dr. Potts was knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to explain each step of treatment. I always felt that my care was personalized and that the team genuinely wanted the best possible outcome. I recently completed my egg retrieval and was extremely happy with my results. The laboratory and clinical teams clearly demonstrated a high level of expertise and attention to detail. I am very grateful to everyone at CCRM Miami for helping me through this important journey. Very pleasant environment and a beautiful office. The Dr was very patient and kind, he has reviewed our medical records prior to the appointment (which let’s face it not many do) and was aware of everything that has already been done, so there was no need for me to retell my whole medical history. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this office and Dr.

The CCRM Aventura team is nothing short of amazing. I first met with Dr. Potts, who immediately made us feel comfortable and confident, and that solidified my decision to complete my IVF journey with him. Then there is his team—chef’s kiss! From Ester at the front desk greeting you by name the moment you walk in, to the incredible nurses Devyn, Mariah, and the many other nurses and medical assistants (whose names I unfortunately don’t remember), every single person has made this process so much easier. They truly make you feel like you have your own team of personal cheerleaders, supporting you and rooting for you every step of the way. This can be such a difficult and emotional journey, but having Dr. Potts and his team by your side makes it feel so much more manageable. I also can’t forget the anesthesiologist—he was so kind, patient, and reassuring. Just incredible. I absolutely love CCRM Aventura and am so grateful for the care and compassion this entire team provides.

I rarely leave reviews, but given how broken the IVF system can feel, CCRM Miami truly deserves recognition. After two years in NYC trying several of the “best” and “top” clinics—where the biggest thing missing was human touch and empathy—we were incredibly grateful to find CCRM Miami. From start to finish, we were cared for by a team of real humans who led with compassion. Dr. Potts, Devyn, and the entire team supported me through every up and down. As a woman with a full-time career, navigating IVF was one of the hardest experiences of my life, and they made it feel manageable. No one judged me. No one dismissed me. They were patient, responsive, and genuinely kind—always cheering us on and bringing positive energy into a process that can be so emotionally heavy. Short version: I wish every person looking to grow their family had the opportunity of doing so at CCRM Miami. Long version: I've been working with Dr. Potts and the CCRM family for a little over a year. From day one, the doctor, nurses and staff treated my wife and I with respect, empathy, and professionalism. I truly hope this review helps anyone who is going through this difficult journey: Services provided (all in-house): - Donor sperm collection, donor physical exam, donor semen analysis + storage. - Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) - Hysteroscopy - All bloodwork required pre and post IUI/IVF - Two IUI procedures - IVF (one egg retrieval and one transfer) - Embryo storage - OB ultrasound Financing: We paid out of pocket. Amanda and the financing team were transparent with the pricing from day one. They shared the different financing and health insurance options with us. Communication: I am out of state and flew in for the treatment. The doctor and nurses were super flexible and easy to communicate with. The Salve app is easy to use. It shared appointment information, lab results, and has a chat to reach the nurses and front desk. I was able to meet with the doctor even while I was away through telehealth appointments. Aside from the services being 5-star, the staff makes you feel like family. This process hard to begin with, so when you're welcomed with warm smiles for every appointment, it makes the journey worthwhile! We look forward to continue growing our family with CCRM 💕
