HRC Fertility

From the very beginning, this fertility clinic made an incredibly emotional and vulnerable journey for my wife and me feel supported, informed, and filled with hope. We worked with Dr. Becht who is truly outstanding — not only exceptionally skilled and thoughtful, but also deeply compassionate. We always felt listened to, respected, and confident in every recommendation and decision. That level of trust made all the difference for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone! The entire team was just as incredible. So blessed to have been able to have Amanda as our coordinator. She always answered all of our crazy questions and concerns in a timely manner and was so helpful through all the ups and downs we went through. Every coordinator, and staff member treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine care. They consistently took the time to explain each step, answer our questions, and make sure we both felt included and supported throughout the process. No moment ever felt rushed, and no concern ever felt too small. What stood out most was how safe and confident we felt placing something so important in their hands. My wife and I are endlessly grateful for the expertise, empathy, and unwavering support we received. This clinic didn’t just guide us through treatment — they walked alongside us every step of the way. We cannot recommend this doctor and team highly enough. We will be back for baby number 2 whenever the time comes! Also huge shoutout to Tu and Dhinalie for all their amazing help and support! Thank you HRC for helping us start our family 🙂

Unethical clinic. Improper and incomplete instructions given the first time so I had to come back less than 2 weeks later for a retest. I confirmed upfront I would not be charged for the retest….however they still charged me afterward. When I called to address it the manager Maria, she just talked to me in circles. Finally she said she would follow up with me via email, then emailed me saying I would be charged and gave a nonsensical reason why that had nothing to do with what we discussed. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Thanks HRC for adding a poor experience to an already difficult situation 👎.

Very unprofessional. They charged me for a $75 deposit and then called two hours before the zoom initial consultation and asked me to switch it to a regular phone call. When I told them my appointment was a zoom video call and asked for deposit to be back to my card, they said they reject my request! I disputed the charge but recommend everyone else to be careful with how this business operates. Otherwise fertility centers do not require the deposit and act professionally.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for 2+ years. We started working with Dr Potter and Stephanie after two unsuccessful rounds of IVF at another clinic. I felt super cared for and well informed throughout the process with Dr. Potter and Stephanie. The best part of it is we now have a beautiful son from a successful round of IVF and he is the absolute joy of our lives.

5 stars for sure I started my IVF process in May with Dr Frederick . She explained really well the process I felt so comfortable to start with HRC . Priscilla gave me and my husband the schedule for the injection and she explained very well the steps. With all the stress that had during the IVF process priscilla was very patient she was very helpful all the time . I had a lot of questions everyday HRC made sure to answer all of them Even they have a support group cause they know how stressful this can be I got pregnant from the first trail 🙂 with my baby girl Mona I stayed the first 3 month monitoring pregnancy with Dr Frederick and after that they gave me amazing recommendations for OBGY Now my baby girl is 6 weeks 🙂 and I can’t wait to bring her to HRC and thank them for the gift they gave me 🙂
