HRC Fertility

Receptionist was not helpful, asked for email address before giving any information and didn't give clear information until I had to ask to be clear. Cutting the conversation by telling what to do and followed be "Okay? Thank you" Either lazy or full of attitude I feel sorry for the company. We were planning to go because it is close to our house but after talking to her, we changed our minds. (10.45 am on 12/19/23)

Refuses to be transparent in pricing! They want you to invest several hundred dollars in a consult, before giving you a general idea of cost of any treatment. I called and the coordinator informed me that she didn’t know the costs of certain fertility optionsI specifically asked about. I then asked to speak with one of the financial coordinators, she told me she didn’t know if one was available but she would transfer me. She then “transferred” me which (conveniently) disconnected me! More & more medical price transparency laws are being put in place around the country. Choose a fertility specialist that will honor this & be up front with you on expected costs (there are plenty out there)!

I was uncomfortable with the continued abnormalities in my ears, but the doctor gave me a sense of trust because of professional knowledge, and he knew the exact cause and prescribed medicine, so I'm almost completely cured. Thank you for your thorough hearing test. All the people on the job were very kind.

Dr. Potter at HRC helped me and my husband create our family. We now have a beautiful baby girl who is our dream come true. Thank you Dr. Potter!! I will forever be grateful.

Worst Doctor Ever. He's a crook, looking to prolong things and make as much money as he possibly can. He would not change anything during 7 months of seeing him and never tried a single transfer. Never even close to it. I flew to Newport beach to see him and he did not even evaluate me or introduce himself but claimed I was not a worthy candidate. I have been a diagnosed as a perfect candidate for surrogacy and have had success doing so for other families and clinics. I will definitely never do business with this facility. Please stay away.
