Such a great experience working with Dr. Johnston and her team! Everyone we encountered was so kind and made the entire IVF experience as stress free as possible. Dr. Johnston would make us feel like we were her only patients. Never rushed through any consultations and really took the time to fully understand our situation. The nurses were also extremely helpful throughout the IVF process. Anybody who has ever gone through IVF knows how involved and confusing it can be. It was nice knowing that the nurses were so prompt in answering any questions I may have. We couldn't have had our daughter without Dr. Johnston and the SGF team!

Dr Johnston and her staff are amazing. We loved working with her and her staff. After 2.5 years of TTC we were blessed to welcome our baby girl this week. We could not have done without the support, education, and understanding of the SGF, especially Dr Johnston and her PA Hannah. Thank you again!

Working with Shady Grove RVA was a great experience. Everyone we worked with at this location was knowledgeable, kind, and really made us feel comfortable and cared for. That being said, the larger Shady Grove organization absolutely cares more about getting their money than about helping people have babies. Working with the financial and billing departments was incredibly frustrating. Despite that, the staff at this location were really wonderful and we had only positive experiences with them.
