Shady Grove Fertility was the best decision I made for our fertility journey. The process was easy to navigate with incredible support along the way. Each decision and milestone was met with the upmost care and regard. The medical team is truly amazing - I did not meet a single staff member who I didn't feel like the most important patient in the room. To name a few, the phlebotomist/MA Zhannat, the sonographer Stephanie G and my fellow Dr. Laura Zalles, my nurse and daily supporter Leah and my incredible doctor - Dr. Roeca was there for every question, decision, step and support along the way. We had great success and without a doubt would not be in the same position without this incredible team and care we received. I will be referring everyone to Shady Grove based on my experience.

We had the best experience with Shady Grove and Dr. Polotsky. After two years of trying to conceive naturally, we were pretty stressed when we started the process but the whole team made everything easy and calmed our nerves right away! Dr. Polotsky and his level of follow up and care at every step of the way was incredible. Nurses, ultrasound techs and everyone involved gave enough information at the right times and were always around to support with injection questions even after hours. From egg retrieval to implantation, it was all truly more than we could have asked for. We can’t wait to be back for baby #2!

Absolutely incredible experience with Janice at Shady Grove Fertility! Although I’ve only spoken to her on the phone, her customer service is top-notch. She’s kind, patient, and really took the time to answer all my questions, making me feel heard and supported. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is smooth and clear. I’m so grateful for her help, and I truly appreciate how she made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier.

Where do I even start? Whewwwww our experience at Shady Grove Fertility Denver was amazing, but what made it perfect just for my husband and I was Dr. Polotsky, the nurses, the care coordinators, the surgical unit, the financial department, and the front desk team!!! We couldn’t have done this without any of them! Dr. Polotsky was there every step of the way from the beginning to the very end, and I mean very end I got a call on a Sunday from Dr. Polotsky to kindly congratulate me on graduating the clinic and to celebrate my very last ob ultrasound with shady grove! Dr. Polotsky was transparent in everything and anything that went on in our journey. His honesty is what allowed our trust for him and his team. Dr.Polotsky’s optimism, dedication, care, and positivity is what kept me hopeful and calm. He is sincere and genuine, and while he was very professional he didn’t hesitate to make us laugh with his humor! Dr. Polotsky actually cares and we could feel it!!!! I won’t forget along side him were the other wonderful Doctors; Dr. Roeca, Dr. Clain, and Dr. Lersten who assisted in procedures and ultrasounds! They were absolutely awesome!!! I want to give a special shout out to Monica my nurse who has always been so prompt in getting back to me either through the portal or on a phone call. I never had to wait for a response and that is huge especially when your waiting on results, or information regarding your treatment, she has always been so kind, thorough, and knowledgeable throughout my experience thank you Monica!!! IVF isn’t easy, but with this team it was a pleasant experience, I was so scared and didn’t know what was to come but as they navigated WITH us through this journey we knew we could do it! We knew we could get through it no matter the outcome! After a long year of treatment, ultrasounds, procedures and OUR team’s dedication, time, energy, care and knowledge we are so thankful and pleased to announce that we are pregnant!!!! We will be 9 weeks in 2 days. Thank you Shady Grove Fertility Greenwood Village, and Central Park! We will be seeing you again for baby number 2 very soon!

I will not return to Shady Grove Fertility. The front desk is absolutely disorganized and rude. There is a lack of communication amongst themselves and what needs to be done for a patient. I waited for almost an hour to be seen to then be turned away because they said they didn’t have the blood work order. Luckily, the order was sent to me so I could show it to them. The girl who did the blood work seemed new and had trouble finding my vein which shouldn’t be difficult to do and now I’m told that I don’t have the right to request my own records.They didn’t send me any information to create a portal and said that the portal is the only way to get the results. “I don’t know why they didn’t collect your email or have you fill out intake forms” is what one of the ladies at the front desk said. They can’t seem to get my email right in order to download the portal. It’s my first time with Shady Grove Fertility and the experience was awful. The only person that was genuinely sweet and knowledgeable was the ultra sound technician. Please re-train, hire new people or have consistent meetings or huddles amongst your staff and fix these issues. I’ve seen other reviews regarding billing and I cannot imagine what those people have had to deal with. I do not wish to be contacted. This is for the people, not for you. Look elsewhere if you’d like to have a seamless fertility journey.
