We graduated from IVF Florida today; while this is obviously a good thing, it's hard to say goodbye to the amazing team here who has been such a big part of our lives! Dr. Hoyos has been there for us from day 1, spending as much time as we needed with questions, and creating a protocol for our 2nd round that provided significantly improved results. Johanna was very responsive, encouraging, patient while we shopped for pharmacies, and similarly fielded tons of our questions. Always looked forward to chatting with Noemi during ultrasounds, Priscilla and Melany during bloodwork and more, and they always brought us upbeat and positive energy. Everyone there feels like friends! We're thrilled we chose IVF Florida and will always be grateful for everything they've done to help us build our family. We're excited to come back for #2!

I started my journey with IVF Florida last year after my OBGYN recommended them. The team has been so helpful and kind. Dr hoyos walked me through the process and has kept me updated. I'm currently doing my first round of IVF. While overwhelming the team at the Gables and Margate location have been so efficient and happy to support. Noemi at the Gables location has been primarily doing my ultrasounds. She is always smiling and ready to answers my questions. Melany at Gables location has been primarily doing my blood draw. Another staff member that is always smiling and soothing. Not the biggest fan of needles so I appreciate the words of comfort. So far my journey has been a great one. I definitely recommend IVF Florida and primary the Coral Gables location.

I have a really great experience with IVF Florida! My Coral Gables team is the best ! My husband and I would like thank our team Dr Bou Nemer, Nurse Claudia ,Nurse Johanna ,MA Priscilla she makes laugh so much every time I went to the clinic,MA MELANY ,My front desks ladies Leidy and Roynicia and the best US TECH Noemi ! I love you all queens 👸 and Thank you so much for taking such great care of us! Now ,our families are awaiting the arrival of our perfect miracle baby ! May God bless y'all abundantly! Avoid this place. IVF is already one of the most emotionally and physically vulnerable experiences a woman can endure. What should have been a medically guided and supportive process instead became an experience marked by poor communication, administrative chaos, and a lack of empathy. My assigned coordinator, Lauren Suarez, was consistently difficult to reach. Portal messages often went unanswered for days, and voicemails did not receive timely responses. There was no reliable way to communicate directly with the team. I also received conflicting instructions between Lauren, the clinic nurse, and the portal, which created unnecessary confusion while administering time-sensitive injections. Instead of feeling guided, I felt left to manage critical steps on my own. In addition to the communication breakdown, I often felt spoken to in a dismissive and condescending manner. During such a fragile time, professionalism and compassion are essential — and that was not my experience. After raising concerns multiple times, I did not feel meaningful solutions were offered. In one phone conversation, I felt I was spoken to in a raised tone by Dr. Bou Nemer, which was deeply upsetting. Administratively, the office felt disorganized throughout the entire process. This was not just my perception — my husband shared the same concerns, and a close friend and her husband ultimately decided not to continue treatment there due to similar administrative issues. The only consistently positive aspect of my experience was the nursing staff at the Coral Gables office — especially Claudia — who were warm, kind, and compassionate. I hope serious improvements are made so no woman going through IVF feels unsupported, unheard, or alone during such an important journey.

I love coming to this office because they truly make you feel like family. Noemi the ultrasound tech is amazing, she truly takes the time to get to know you and makes you feel comfortable during the process and she’s the best and I love her for always making me so welcome when I come in for every visit. Claudia my nurse, she has been my angel through this whole process and has been my support system. She has taken the time to explain everything and ensure that every step of the way that I well supported. The whole office here in coral gables is just phenomenal. Hands down will always recommend and ensure that everyone I know comes here that’s located in Miami. But overall the whole IVF Florida is amazing and I can’t believe how the process has been with them, it’s been so smooth and easy. Not even a single stressful moment throughout the whole process.
