Fortunately and unfortunately, I’ve been coming here on/off for nearly a decade at various stages of this journey. The staff in Pembroke Pines were always pleasant to me and truly made the difference. They were Dr. Christie, Miriam, the 2 Brittney’s who took my blood like vampires lol and many more. I was there recently and ran into Brittany (other one relocated) and seeing her brought so much joy. I was happy to show her a picture of our baby boy after a decade of trying. Dr. Christie has always been the best even when he didn’t have good news for me at times. He is a good soul and we are thankful he successfully implanted our baby boy. Regarding the frustrating reviews I’ve read here, know that these journeys are not easy to begin with. It’s going to require you arrive with a positive attitude and the ability to extend some grace if you want the same returned to you. Baby dust and best wishes to all!

Where do I even begin? Dr. Christie has truly been a blessing in our lives. I do not recommend IVF Florida. Although the doctor seemed nice, you only see them once or twice, you normally interact with the nurses. During my infertility treatment I was given drugs that gave me extreme heart rate levels, as well as other issues, consistent with OHSS. Not once did the nurses ask how I was doing or check my health vitals during treatment. I had to advocate for myself and was brushed off. I had to stop treatment at the risk of my life. Not to mention the front desk staff is so rude. Once waited over an hour for an appointment because they forgot to check me in. Such an unprofessional practice, they just want your money.

I cannot express enough gratitude to the incredible team at IVF Florida Reproductive Associates, especially Dr. Barrionuevo and his amazing staff—Sany, Allen, Sabrina, Karina, the warm and friendly front desk team, and the wonderful blood work girls. From the very beginning, I felt supported, cared for, and truly seen. My journey was far from easy, but having faith, the constant support of this exceptional medical team, and the love of my family made all the difference.
