Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with this clinic. For such a sensitive situation, the care felt impersonal. All communication was through an online portal with a nurse I never met, and there was no face-to-face support. The remote nurse only responded when I initiated contact, and the next steps were often unclear. Although the doctor was kind, for the amount of money spent and time invested, I expected a more hands-on and supportive experience.

My wife and I had the best experience with Samray and her team. We cant say enough kind words about all of the staff (cherilyn, Mel, Natasha, Amanda, Dr. Barrionero, Dr. Weitzman, and Dr. Celigoj). They really set the bar for customer service and professionalism. Everyone was so nice and the facility is really nice. We have had experiences at other offices and it was nothing like this. The whole process is stressful and IVF Florida in Margate made it as pleasant as possible. I hope that they receive all kind of awards and acknowledgments.

Highly recommend IVF Florida fertility clinic. After a really bad experience at another clinic I was recommended IVF Florida and cannot say enough good things about the quality and warmth of care. I successfully went through one cycle of egg retrieval and freezing. My experience with the entire team at IVF Florida was amazing. From the doctors, to the nurses, to the finance team. Everyone was really professional, responsive, supporting and caring. They made me feel supported throughout the entire process. Extremely grateful to the entire team at Pembroke Pines and Margate locations. Specially to my doctors and nurses: Dr. Barrionuevo, Dr. Leaderman, nurses Olga, Cherilyn, Toni, Latoya and Carolina.

Yessenia in the Margate surgery center was great in the Preop setting. This was my first ever surgical procedure receiving anesthesia and I was very nervous, but she put my worries at ease. She got my IV in one painless stick. She was warm and comforting in this time of complete anxiety.
