Reviews
I want to leave a very warm review for NewLife Fertility Centre. The team here is absolutely wonderful! Raji in the lab draws blood so gently and carefully that you barely feel a thing😊. Homa, the ultrasound tech, is an amazing professional who explains everything beautifully and shows you the baby on the screen, which brings so much peace of mind😊. Nurse Howaida always calls on time to share and thoroughly explain all the test results😊. Josua at the reception is always incredibly accommodating, polite, and always finds the perfect appointment slot right when you need it😊. A wonderful clinic where you truly feel you are in safe hands. Highly recommend!🥰🥰🥰
1) Dr. Daya overdosed me on Thyroxin (giving 50mcg for TSH 3.7) and did not check/stop me on time which caused my TSH dropped to 0.9 after 4 months 2) The technician H. Soheili that does internal ultrasound in this location is very very rude and rough in skills, experiencing pain and great discomfort every time (and I heard same comments from other patients there). 3) NewLife DOES NOT give out your own reports unless you pay extra money and wait 2 weeks+ (other fertility centers have instant reports available on their portals or print out), all you have every time are verbal results/comments from the doctor or nurse. 4) Dr. Daya touched my naked breasts, neck, checked my mouth inside during my first physical exam, I truly don't understand why that's necessary and still feel discomfort when I think about it. Would NOT recommend to anyone
With all our gratitude, we want to say thank you to the entire team at the fertility center! Every visit felt warm and welcoming. The staff and specialists were not only professional but also kind, supportive, and truly dedicated. Your care made all the difference — thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Special thank you to our Dr Faruqi🙏🏼
1. Blood Taking (5/5) I didn’t know how many blood tests needed for cycle monitoring until I started. The nurse in this location is so skillful. Least painful blood taking ever! 2. Ultrasound (5/5) The Ultrasound technician was kind enough to let us see the very embryo heart rate (can lu xiang) and print out each time for free. 3. Receptionist (5/5) Yvonne was very responsible, patient and helpful. Unlike many receptionist who just read their time slots and book you in, Yvonne cares and thinks of what we needed. 4. Communications (3/5) Though their phone system was complicated and bit annoying, they reply to emails in time. Dr Soliman was difficult to reach for true. Too many patients I would say. 5. Transportation (4/5) Easy to park in this location. But occasionally for special examinations you need to go to Mississauga location (better) or Scarborough.
It was a bit hard to find. Maps just stopped me in the middle of the road. Just go to the nearest building where Host is located and drive around as they do have a big sign. Go into the building and up some steps its on the right beside the steps.
