Reviews
I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the fertility treatment and medical evaluations I received at your clinic over the past two years. During this period, I underwent multiple tests and procedures, including a dye test and regular monthly monitoring for approximately four days each cycle. Throughout my treatment, I was repeatedly informed that everything appeared normal, that my ovaries were healthy, and that I was ovulating naturally. Based on these findings, I proceeded with three IUI procedures, all of which unfortunately failed. Despite continuously being told that there were no issues, I still was not able to conceive. Last year, I traveled to India and consulted another fertility specialist. After reviewing all of my reports, they recommended a laparoscopy procedure to properly examine my tubes and ovaries. During the surgery, it was discovered that one of my fallopian tubes was completely blocked and the other also had significant issues. What concerns me most is that checking my tubes was one of the very first evaluations performed at your clinic, and I was assured at that time that everything was completely normal. The later findings during laparoscopy directly contradicted those earlier conclusions. I feel extremely disappointed that such important issues were not identified earlier, despite undergoing extensive treatment and investing significant time, emotional energy, and financial resources. Had these problems been properly diagnosed sooner, I may have avoided unnecessary procedures, stress, and delays in receiving appropriate treatment. I hope this complaint is taken seriously so that future patients receive more thorough investigations and accurate diagnoses. I would also strongly encourage patients who are repeatedly told that “everything is fine” despite unsuccessful treatment outcomes to consider seeking a second opinion elsewhere.
We did not have a pleasant experience at this clinic. While the receptionist was polite, the overall care and coordination were disappointing. Each visit, we were assigned a different nurse who seemed unfamiliar with our case, which made the process frustrating and repetitive. We were under the care of Dr. Ko, and Dr. Ko would often make us wait for a long time, even when we had a scheduled appointment. Even for phone calls, the wait times were excessive—on one occasion, we were kept waiting for nearly an hour. The most concerning experience was after an ultrasound, where an infection was identified. The nurse informed us that the doctor would discuss it, but we were only given a follow-up appointment 15 days later. We felt this was a serious delay for something that required timely attention. Overall, the lack of continuity in care, poor communication, and long wait times made our experience quite stressful.
Anmol is the reason i am rating 5 star. She is amazing and make sure the women going through already trauma and stress are take care by emotionally listening and providing some support. She always… always go above and beyond… thanks Anmol for all your support. Other locations receptionist can be very rude and carefree . This location is very good in general… Sharry A.
Awful clinic. The doctor has no personality and talks to patients like they are children. My wife ended up doing blood work / tests for our first or second IUI and apparently one of the one blood test she did wasn't the "right one" and is supposed to be done once pregnant. However, instead of talking to us about it or saying "oh lets review it", he got upset that we even did the test and said "well the levels are high but lets not worry about it right now." yet the nurse ordered the blood work? What doctor says that to a patient?! Absolutely ridiculous. Awful customer service and not impressed with how this entire process went. We left and will NEVER look back. If you want great support and a doctor who actually talks to you like an adult.. do NOT GO HERE! Would never recommend this place to anyone.
I have been coming to this clinic for some time now, and at every visit the staff have been incredibly kind and supportive. Anmol is always supportive, kind, and willing to help. Krishna, the lab technician, consistently takes her time and makes sure you feel comfortable. Magdalena, the ultrasound technician, always checks in and helps you feel at ease throughout the appointment. Anja is consistently kind and takes the time to walk you through every step and answer all questions. The care and compassion shown by the entire team truly make a difference.
