My experience with NewLife Fertility in Hamilton was one of the most painful experiences of my life. My husband froze his sperm before undergoing radiation treatment for prostate cancer, as we were advised by our doctor. During our IVF consultation, we were incorrectly told that he needed to provide another sperm sample because six months had passed. We explained that this was impossible because he had already received radiation treatment. Only after we questioned the consultant did they apologize and admit they had not checked our records properly. We spent nearly $25,000 on IVF treatment. Unfortunately, after my embryo transfer, I experienced a miscarriage within a few weeks. I understand that IVF does not guarantee a successful pregnancy, but I expected professional care, accurate information, and compassion throughout the process. What disappointed me most was how we felt treated after making the payment. Before we paid, the staff were friendly and responsive. After they received our money, I felt the level of care and respect changed. Our questions were not answered properly, and we did not feel valued as patients. After my miscarriage, I had blood work done at the clinic. The staff told me they would call me with my test results. It has now been almost 10 months, and I have never received that call. I had to live with uncertainty while grieving my pregnancy loss. I am sharing my personal experience so other patients can make an informed decision. Patients deserve respect, clear communication, and compassionate care during such an emotional journey.

Our experience with NewLife Fertility Centre was incredibly disappointing and added unnecessary stress to an already emotional and difficult fertility journey. Throughout the process, communication from the nursing team was inconsistent, and we frequently received conflicting information from different staff members. This left us feeling confused, unsupported, and overwhelmed at multiple stages of treatment. The receptionist was repeatedly unprofessional and unhelpful, which only added to the frustration of trying to navigate important medical appointments and information. Most concerning of all, we were provided with incorrect test results that did not belong to us, which is deeply upsetting and alarming, especially in a fertility setting where accuracy, confidentiality, and patient trust are critical. We were also disappointed with our experience with Doctor Cepeda. Medication was pushed on us that later appeared unnecessary, and the handling of the clinic’s mistakes felt dismissive and unprofessional rather than compassionate or accountable. Despite undergoing such a significant medical process, we only met with the doctor once throughout our entire treatment journey. We felt rushed through treatment without proper guidance, clear explanations, or adequate investigation into potential underlying fertility concerns. To make matters worse, when we requested our medical records, we had to wait months for them to finally be released to us. The delay created additional stress and made an already difficult process even more frustrating. Patients should not have to fight for timely access to their own medical information. Fertility treatment is emotionally, physically, and financially draining. Patients place enormous trust in their clinic and deserve compassionate care, honest communication, professionalism, accountability, and thorough medical attention. Unfortunately, our experience at NewLife Clinic fell far below those expectations. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before choosing this clinic for fertility treatment.

Booked an appointment, and had my doctor fill out a referral and send. When it came time for my appointment, I received multiple texts/emails which took me to different links for virtual appointment waiting rooms. I waited for almost 45 minutes. The doctor joined the right room (or maybe I did) after messing around for quite some time and then she told me to reschedule. She was quite rude. There was no available tech support. I emailed and text back to reschedule with another physician and still have yet to hear anything back. This is the first time I’ve ever reached out for fertility support and I am really upset with my experience

I cannot say enough about how smoothly everything went, i was definitely nervous at first as i know they deal with a lot of patients. The nurses ( especially Jodi) are so kind and take the time to walk you through everything. The whole process was so well organized and made a stressful time much easier. The front desk staff are always warm and welcoming. We feel so blessed to have this opportunity and thank the NewLife staff for helping us start a family.

I had a wonderful experience at New Life Fertility Centre. This clinic played a big role in my journey — I conceived with their support, and I’m truly grateful. Dr. Cepeda in Hamilton was very helpful, kind, and patient throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and always made me feel comfortable. The staff were also supportive and professional, making every visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend New Life Fertility Centre to anyone looking for compassionate and effective fertility care.

Everything at Newlife has made a not so pleasant situation actually pleasant. Everyone there works in your best interest, receptionists are super pleasant and helpful, bloodwork and ultrasound techs are gentle and great at what they do. Nurses are knowledgable and you can tell they're rooting for you! Im working with Dr.Daya and Dr.Solomon - they're running real tight protocols and aren't leaving any stone unturned. Im really greatful - it's a whole team of wonderful people here who are on your side. For context, this is my 2nd cycle, my first one I only used Newlife as a Sattellite Monitoring clinic and worked with CNY in the States. Now that I'm fully with Newlife, the attention to detail and care going into my protocols is very different than what I experienced with CNY. Dr. Solomon and Dr.Daya take the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. It's also been nice working with the staff at this location and I love that they process bloodwork here which means fast results! - thank you to everyone in the Hamilton location!
