Juno Fertility Guelph

Some staff at this clinic gave me the feeling of being on a conveyor belt. One or two seemed to be more client-focused, which I appreciated. Correspondence with the office was always a challenge though, as details were almost always missing or unclear, needing follow-up on my part. I've been a patient with chronic illness for the last 20 years, and I haven't often encountered this amount of frustration in my correspondence with clinics. But the event that really left me feeling like the clinic undervalued me as a client was that they ignored my e-mail when my doctor retired. During our appointments she suggested I contact a colleague of hers who was also a fertility specialist in the US, but I didn't get this person's name. When I asked Juno to help me get that info, my message was ignored. I don't believe it's difficult or impossible for the clinic to reach out to my retired doctor for that info one way or another.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Juno Fertility Guelph to conceive my now 16 month old son and my current pregnancy. The team is incredibly professional, very personable and truly caring for all their patients! They are very accommodating with appointment times to fit your schedule. They have not only been big part of my fertility journey, but have become more like family! I’m definitely going to miss seeing these ladies; but can’t wait to bring back both my little ones for them to meet! Thank you again Juno and Anova team for everything!

I guess they rely on their patients not posting reviews, as fertility is a rather private matter, but here goes mine. I tried to get a hold of them several times, but their phone kept going to answering machine. Staffing shortage? I don't know. When, thanks to my practitioner, I finally got a call-back from them, they were trying to cut the conversation short and hang up. They said they process faxes within TWO WEEKS and then book appointments for two months after that. Seriously, they need two weeks to grab a piece of paper and read it? When I asked them not to process my referral, their tone changed and they carefully took my name to find and shred my referral, and emphasised the shredding part with joy. I'll go to another clinic, but am really sorry for clients who have to deal with these people for such a delicate matter.

I had an amazing experience at Juno! I had a fairly unique history that brought me to fertility treatment. Dr.Goodrow was so kind and patient to support me in finding the best treatment plan. The nurses (especially Leah and Julianna) and technicians were kind, caring, and knowledgeable with my whole journey. It was a bittersweet goodbye to move on with my pregnancy journey. Thank you for everything 🙂

the nurses, technicians, and doctors at Juno Guelph are wonderful. So supportative and kind during the process. I mainly dealt with the nurses and technicians during my time with Juno, and they answered my constant questions and were always so sweet and nice. They always made me calm during what is normally a very stressful process. Would highly Recommend
