Juno Fertility

Highly recommend Juno/Anova. It was amazing to be able to receive results same day and have access to them whenever needed. Especially with working with multiple specialists and needing to see/share results. Appointments at the clinic were always on time (not waiting with a full bladder) and everyone very friendly and compassionate (including the ultrasound clinic below the clinic). Decided to leave another clinic in town after dealing with lots of tears and hassles and it was the best decision to move to Juno! Highly recommend.

Amazing staff, led by an amazing Dr. Bentov. Thank you for making our experience here memorable, from the nurses Laura, Raman and Sarah who took their time to explain every step of our journey and listen to any of my concerns, to the admin staff who were so accommodating with last minute work commitments, or even the sonography team who go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable during a time that leaves you feeling heartbroken and vulnerable, and finally to Dr. Bentov whose careful, and very detailed observation of every part of your medical history and testing leaves you with the confidence that everything will work out in the end. We are truly happy with our decision to go with Juno Fertility and would recommend to anyone who is starting down this path for the first time. You are in good hands.

Care and compassion are the two words that come to my mind when I think of my experience at Juno Waterloo so far. I would highly recommend trying them to find answers to fertility related questions. Dr. Bentov is very knowledgeable and yet so down to earth which makes one feel at ease. He takes the time to review the file carefully, explains things thoroughly and quite calmly answers any questions. The support staff (from the main level to the actual clinic) is amazing too. It may feel slightly overwhelming initially but they breakdown the steps and guide you through them, send important reminders on the portal (the app) including the blood-work results and appointment times, etc. and most importantly always greet you with a warm smile which takes some of the pressure off right away!

My husband and I cannot say enough about working with Dr. Bentov and his team! From our first phone call with Anna to our final appointment we were met with nothing but kindness, understanding and compassion. We had been working with another clinic for approximately 3 years however had no answers and a lot of additional questions. Dr. Bentov was able to look at our file and provide us with an individual plan to help us start our family. Not only was he kind and compassionate, he was extremely knowledgable and had the ability to put us at ease and feel confident that we came to the right place (the right Doctor) for help. Thank you Juno Fertility - without the help of Dr. Bentov and his team we wouldn't have our amazing newborn daughter.

Dr. Bentov and all the wonderful ladies in the Juno office were beyond amazing. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with them. When we first had contact with Juno we felt very at easy during a stressful time in our lives. It was not an easy journey for us but they made us feel like we were not alone. I am truly truly truly going to miss the team at Juno now that I am pregnant.
