Reviews
My partner and I both recently had our fertility checked. The staff at Twig made the entire process from booking to results easy and comfortable for us both. Everyone was so pleasant, the facility was clean and calming, and the virtual follow up appointment answered all our questions and gave us the information we needed for family planning. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to take the next steps in terms of your fertility!
I recently went through two cycles at Twig Fertility and wanted to share an honest reflection for anyone considering the clinic. I was referred there by my doctor after taking an AMH (blood test) and being in my 30's with no plans for kids in the next few years, this seemed like a good option, especially while I had ~30k to access through my corporate health benefits. The space itself is calm, thoughtfully designed, and genuinely feels more like a spa than a typical medical clinic. The team-based approach also means you’re supported by multiple practitioners and the operation runs with a high level of efficiency. Mornings are very structured, with monitoring happening early (~7-9am), followed by internal evaluations midday (~12pm) and next steps communicated later in the day (~1-3pm). That said, this same efficiency can come with trade-offs. At times, the process felt highly systematized. You don't really have input into when appointments are scheduled or when retrieval happens, which can obviously make it difficult to plan around work and life. The whole in-person portion probably only took ~2 weeks, excluding any pre-testing and consultations (taking injections for about ~1-1.5 weeks) so it's really not as bad as you think. You just need to be ok with a bit of scheduling unpredictability. There were also a few moments that impacted my trust in the process, including issues with medication instructions and a discrepancy in a lab report. There was a communications mix-up with the trigger shot and Pergoveris protocol (because it was clearly a copy & pasted message), and an error in the lab report (it was actually my report but they had put the wrong name down). For a process that costs almost ~15k per cycle and where precision is everything, those mistakes are hard to overlook. None of it actually impacted my actual egg retrieval in the end but it was very disappointing. As Twig scales, I do hope they are able to maintain very high quality controls. If anyone navigating this process wants to connect or share experiences, I’m open to it.
I had a truly positive experience at this fertility clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff were kind, compassionate, and incredibly supportive. Everything was explained clearly, the process was efficient, and I never felt rushed. Fertility testing can feel overwhelming, but they made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. I’m so grateful for the professionalism and empathy shown by the entire team.
I recently completely my fertility testing and had a great experience. Booking online was easy, the bloodwork/ ultrasound were done in less than 15 min, and my follow up appointment was great. The facility is very nice and clean. They showed me around and were super efficient. My online follow up appointment with NP Madeleine was informative and she was very knowledgeable and kind. Note, you do need to pay ahead of time and it is a bit expensive (~$250). Also you don’t need to prepare anything for the in person appointment, you just show up as is.
I did not have a good experience during intake with NP Sarah Kreher - when I first joined the call she removed me with no explanation and when I attempted to join back, she never addressed or tried to explain the situation. Although her she provided an high level overview of egg freezing and the details of the immediate next steps & asked good health related questions, she missed a few details such as the pill that needs to be ingested for the preparation and what the actual egg freezing process entailed. This was not disclosed until questions were prompted. Lastly, I had a few additional follow questions regarding the freezing technology and clinic success rate for thawing and fertility, which has been left answered as of 2 weeks ago. I’m disappointed with the care at the clinic and will not be going forward despite the location proximity/convenience for me.
