Twig Fertility

I have had such a positive experience at Twig. From the moment you walk through the door, the staff is extremely welcoming, and the clinic atmosphere itself is calming and comfortable. The nursing team is super friendly and truly helpful. I have been working with Dr. Pooni, and she is lovely. She takes the time to get to know me and understand my goals so I feel confident in the care I receive from her. She genuinely cares about my well-being and recommends treatment plans that are perfectly aligned with what I need. If you are looking for a team that will actually listen to you and make sure you feel heard and taken care of, I highly recommend them. 10/10 experience.

At first I had a great experience with Twig. They were friendly and accommodating. However, once I paid and had my initial tests done, it seemed difficult to get the results. I was told in the office that I would be able to go over my results with a physician in a few days. However, I was not booked in until weeks later. It seems they only have one doctor available to discuss routine blood test results, and staff is limited, so trying to rebook is also difficult. Overall disappointed in their follow up. Still waiting to discuss results.

I had really good experience with twig fertility during my early pregnancy care. The nursing team and Dr Pooni were very caring and supported me until week12. They are very knowledgeable and always give great advice especially the first 12 weeks is very unstable. They are very good at communicating and I always got response right away. They also offer blood test and Nipt test if you have trouble getting appointments at lifelab! Personally I really recommend this clinic! Great service !!!
