Reviews
We just graduated, and we were really pleased with our IVF experience with Dr. Rosencrantz. He was recommended by my fertility acupuncturist, Dr. Patricia Lee, whom I deeply trust. Before choosing Dr. Rosencrantz, I consulted with another specialist, but I immediately felt more confident moving forward with him because of how clearly and thoroughly he explained every step of the process, including his success rates. His experience really came through in his explanations, and it was reassuring to know exactly what to expect based on the data he provided. He had a very methodical treatment plan, which gave me confidence that his protocol was well-established and thoughtfully designed. Before my second egg retrieval, I researched additional supplements that could potentially improve outcomes, especially since it’s common for the first retrieval to serve partly as a trial cycle. When I reached out, he was quick to guide me on appropriate dosing and adjustments. We were able to significantly improve my results during the second egg retrieval by modifying the stimulation protocol and incorporating the additional supplements, which we were thrilled about. Their anesthesia protocol and Dr. Rosencrantz’s surgical skills were also excellent for both retrievals, and I experienced no post-op complications. For questions outside of appointments, the team is very responsive by phone and email. Nurse practitioner Cindy, along with nurses Anne and Lorraine, were all kind, professional and knowledgeable. Special shoutout to Anne, who took extra time on the phone to help calm my anxiety multiple times. IVF can be emotionally exhausting and overwhelming, and her compassion and support truly made a difference. We’ll be back, and recommend this team to anyone looking to do IVF.
If you’re looking for a fertility clinic that actually treats you like a human being, go see Dr. Rosencrantz at RMA Southern California. As a queer couple who had been trying to conceive for over two years, it was so hard to find a doctor who was truly LGBTQ+ friendly and willing to take us on—but Dr. Rosencrantz did without hesitation. He provided the kind of non-judgmental, unbiased care that is honestly hard to find. We only finished our initial testing before we ended up conceiving on our own, but his encouragement was exactly what we needed to keep going. We also really appreciated how patient they were with us; we’re low-income and it took us some time to handle the costs, but they never rushed us and always let us go at our own pace. Dr. Rosencrantz is full of kindness and compassion. We’re so grateful we found a doctor who provided high-quality care without any of the judgment. Thank you for everything!
I chose this fertility clinic because of the many positive reviews online, but after my experience, I’m honestly questioning how authentic those reviews really are. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Rosencrantz was very disappointing. Compared to other fertility specialists we have consulted, the level of skill and guidance did not meet our expectations. We ended up spending a significant amount of time and money here without meaningful progress, which was extremely frustrating during an already emotional process. The front office staff communication was also very poor. From the first day, we were rarely greeted warmly, and interactions often felt cold and transactional. While a couple of the nurses were friendly and kind, that was the exception rather than the norm. Overall, the clinic felt more like a business than a place focused on patient care. Fertility treatment is such a sensitive and stressful journey, and we had hoped for a much more supportive and professional experience.
My husband and I just graduated this week so we have to leave a review now that we are expecting our miracle baby girl! We came to RMA after 2 years of infertility and a couple failed IUIs. Both my husband and I are young (mid 20s) and a lot of doctors we had visited told us to just keep trying and a baby would come, but we knew something was off. We felt grateful that we were taken seriously here and thankfully our first IVF transfer was successful. We loved how quick the apts were, the attention we got from the doctor, and the nurses. We really felt like our plan was personalized to us and our goals to grow our family as soon as we could. I also have to give a shout out to nurse Anne, who absolutely took care of us when our transfer took longer than expected. We came here solely based off reviews and were so pleased. Highly recommend.
We first met Dr. Rosencrantz at Kaiser in Irvine and we didn’t realize he opened up his own practice. We decided to render services with another clinic which lead us to 5 failed IUIs. We did more research on finding a new clinic and found out that Dr. Rosencrantz opened up his own practice and decided to give it a shot! It’s the best decision we made - after our initial consult we fell in love with the plan and his staff. They really catered my plan to my needs which hauled fantastic results! Dr. Rosencrantz has the best bedside manner and always goes above and beyond for his patients! He even answered our questions after hours! The best news is After 1 round of IVF we were able to get pregnant and it’s all thanks to Dr. Rosencrantz and his team. Now we have our 7 month miracle baby in our arms! Thank you Dr. Rosencrantz for making our dreams come true!
