I'm currently going through my IVF cycle with Dr. Kort, and I cannot recommend him enough. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly kind, caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. This process can be overwhelming, but Dr. Kort's thorough communication and compassionate approach have made everything feel much more manageable. One of the things I truly appreciate is how accessible he and his team are. Through their Spruce app, I've always been able to reach out with questions, and they get back to you quickly. The level of support is great, whether from Dr. Kort himself or the nursing team, I've always received prompt and thoughtful responses. Most importantly, I never felt like just another patient or a number in this process. IVF is such an emotional and challenging journey, and having a doctor who genuinely cares makes all the difference. Dr. Kort and his team have made me feel seen, heard, and truly supported every step of the way. I'm so grateful to have chosen RMA for my IVF journey, and I couldn't imagine going through this without Dr. Kort. If you're looking for a fertility specialist who combines expertise with genuine compassion, I highly recommend him!

I have never received a higher level of care than I have at RMA NorCal. I can not say enough about Dr. Kort and his team. They constantly went above and beyond to not only provide the best medical care possible but to make sure that mentally I was taken care of as well. This is not an easy process by any means but they make it as pleasant as possible. I don’t think there was ever a time that I called the office and didn't speak directly with a human. Every message I sent through the portal was not only responded to but in a timely manner. Every single person you come into contact with at this office not only makes you feel like you matter but that you are a priority. I moved and have been working with a different RMA office and the level of care doesn’t even come close. It has only shown me how truly special RMA NorCal is. This process is hard and emotional you want a team that understands that and supports you. A team that you can have faith in to take care of everything and eases your stress through the journey. RMA NorCal is the place.

The blood draw here has been a constantly painful process, it’s been worse and worse every single time. And the staff is constantly changing. If the nurse can’t even perform solid blood draw procedure, how can you trust other staff do solid work on more complex procedures. My last embryo freezing was only 3 successful rate out of my 36 eggs!! What the hell

Loved working with Dr. McQueen and her team. The practice is well run and everyone is very empathetic and helpful. I felt that my questions were always answered, they were very responsive and they helped me get pregnant! Totally recommend it.
