We can not say enough about how amazing Your Family Fertility is. Our experience at Your Family Fertility was incredible. Every interaction with staff was extremely positive and they make you feel like you truly are a part of their "family." My fiancé and I felt very seen, understood and valued as a patient and not as though we were just another number. Procedures and processes were explained thoroughly and any questions we had were responded to very quickly. Not once did we feel like we were rushed out the door. It is very evident that everyone at Your Family Fertility truly cares about each and every person that walks in the door. We are forever grateful for the "family" that helped us start our family.

Your family fertility should be your top choice for infertility treatment in the Buffalo area. Dr. DiPaola and her amazing team of PAs, nurses, ultrasound techs, front office, and billing department were all excellent. Rachel the embryologist is amazing at what she does. It was easy to schedule appointments which worked with my work schedule (they always got me in first thing in the AM). I was impressed with how quickly portal messages and questions were answered. The treatment plans were tailored and adjusted based on previous response and I always felt like they were doing everything in their power to help grow my family. I have a 2 year old daughter and am now pregnant again thanks to this amazing team! Don't wait to call, you'll be happy you did.

I had such an amazing experience at YFF. All of the staff, front desk, tecs, Doctors, PAs were amazing. Every appointment was on time and efficient and everyone was friendly and took the time to explain and help. I had spent so much time feeling overwhelmed before becoming a patient and Dr. DiPaola's team were so confident in their ability to help! We were all on the same team, same goal 🤍 Also, I had gone into the journey assuming that treatment would involve expensive IVF but the team explained, while there was potential for that, there were other routes and options to explore for my specific case. Don't be afraid to reach out because of costs either! They had a very helpful billing department that was wonderful, even helping to understand what insurance would cover. In my case, our insurance covered all visits like a normal doctor's appointment - very affordable! I feel so lucky to be looking at my 9 month old today because of them. I am so grateful!

I never write reviews because I am a firm believer that you can't please everyone. However, I have never felt so disrespected by a medical office. I thought it was all in my head but was proven wrong when I tried calling YFF to verbally request all medical records to be sent to another specialist. It had been nearly two months since I completed YFF's Medical Record Release Google Form in addition to making a request in a portal message. And still, no records. This resulted in me recently calling YFF and my phone call being screened/going unanswered several times. I tried calling from an unknown number and someone immediately picked up. My experience at YFF started off well in my initial Telehealth with a PA who was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. However, as each month would pass, I kept being told different treatment plans and timelines depending on who I saw which was never Dr. DiPaola. I had never met nor seen Dr. DiPaola except when passing through the hallway and at my one appointment, three months in, while Dr. DiPaola was overseeing a new PA. I mentioned wanting to be seen by Dr. DiPaola in my portal messages and was told I could set up a Telehealth appointment with the MD. My thought was, why wasn't I seeing the Doctor to begin with considering my medical history and age? After six consecutive months of treatment, I specifically requested to see the MD in-person. Whoever responded to my message told me that it would be noted in my chart however, it is not a guarantee. What do you mean I can't see Dr. DiPaola after six months of being a patient there? I started to complete their Medical Record Release Google Form but then I received a call from Dr. DiPaola that same afternoon. Long story short: we met face-to-face and Dr. DiPaola expressed how it was time to take a more aggressive approach, which did not match the then-current treatment plans from the PA's, as my birthday was approaching. I kept thinking to myself, why didn't we meet and discuss this at the beginning of me being seen back in June? I did not feel like a priority until I was looking into other providers. Hence, I completed the Google Form later that week. I understand that there were a lot of things that were out of their control, medically speaking and despite everyone's best efforts, but when the things that are in your control aren't being addressed, it's unfortunate for patients such as myself who learned the hard way that this team did not have my best interest in mind. I am disappointed in my overall experience and even more disappointed at how unprofessional they were towards me when I was simply calling YFF to send over my records because they failed to do so. I just invested six months of my time and travel to be treated at a medical practice that does not properly care for every patient.

I could not love this practice more. I found them via Google search in August of 2024. I loved the idea of an all women practice and instantly felt a connection with my provider. I'm unsure as to how people can say they don't hear back because I would message them constantly via the portal and always heard back. Dr. DiPaola is WONDERFUL. She was always there for me and checked in on me often during this journey. I "graduated" from YFF in January and the thought of leaving them was horrible. I am currently 11 weeks with our 🌈 🌈 baby and it's all because of them.
