February 2025 is when I was seen at this office. I AM CONTRACTED with this office through my insurance and came for medical purposes. This office requested $300 and failed to bill my insurance I have combated them MULTIPLE times to bill my insurance and get a refund I should have NEVER paid in the first place as I told them this at the initial office visit. It took them two months to bill my insurance when they had already had my insurance information, my insurance has paid in FULL. I did not see this provider for fertility treatments, My reason for the visit was unrelated to fertility. So I cannot speak on the behalf On that I have received a full refund now.

Thank you Dr. Synn and all the nurses. My lil girl is now 10 years old. I did the injections and got pregnant on the second try/injection.

I have been a patient here for almost 10 years now. They have been nothing but helpful with all of my endometriosis issues. I have had the pleasure of being seen by both Missy and Dr. Synn. Dr. Synn has performed 2 surgeries on me. Kim in the front office is always friendly and greets me with a smile. I now have a 3 year old son and 3 month old daughter from IVF and all their help. I am forever grateful.

Although the staff is very kind, I believe that they do not consider the appropriate timing for IUI.. They believe they understand the science, and after having gone to another other fertility specialist and having counseled with a renouned reproductive endocrinologist...I now know that their science is off. I advise to get more than one opinion before making a decision on spending your money, time and emotional investment.

Absolutely amazing...... had a tubal reversal 7 years ago had 1 ectopic. And now 31 weeks pregnant with baby boy..... the staff was awesome and our choice to wait so long after ectopic to try and concieve again.
