West Coast Surrogacy

My entire experience from Morgan the intake coordinator, to Debbie my case manager, to delivery, was a dream. They are so fun to work with! Debbie helped me each step of the way. I was never left in the dark and never felt alone. Thank you for helping me give a family the ultimate gift.

We initially used the services of West Coast Surrogacy to have our first child in 2022 and they then assisted us with our second daughter who was born earlier this year (2025). We'd split the services we received from them into two parts - firstly sourcing a surrogate and then secondly providing support and assistance as you progress with trying to get pregnant and having a baby. In both respects it is difficult to think of any aspect of what they did which we were not 100% happy with. Similarly I can't think of anything I would reasonably have liked them to have done for us which they didn't. Our surrogate and her family were lovely people with whom we had a brilliant relationship with throughout. We found that west coast did a great job of managing the introduction and then helping the parties enter into a formal legal relationship. We were provided with introductions to professionals (lawyers for example) who seemed well versed in the process making it quick, smooth and painless for us. Once we had everything agreed with the surrogate we were then allocated an individual (D) who provided support and assistance with the remainder of the process from start to finish. We found the help D provided to be excellent and invaluable. She just made it all so easy for us......liaising with our surrogate, updating us on her medical appointments, chasing any third parties dragging their feet, making helpful suggestions and reminders about what we needed to do..... to come with just a few things that she helped with. Essentially we found that D freed us of any responsibility or concern about managing the process or thinking about what we needed to do when - we just read her emails which kept us informed, did the things she asked us to do promptly (and if we didn't you always got a helpful and polite email from D reminding you to), and before we knew it we were back home with two children raising a family! I honestly can't think of anything West Coast could have done to be more professional and helpful or improve the service that they provided.

Throughout the pregnancy, my coordinator, Amy Benes, was my rock. She provided me with all the resources I needed, answered my questions promptly, and checked in on me regularly. Knowing that I had someone to turn to whenever I needed support gave me peace of mind and made the journey feel less daunting. Being a surrogate with West Coast Surrogacy has changed my life in ways I never imagined. Knowing that I played a part in helping a family grow and witnessing the joy and love they now share is an experience I will cherish forever. If you're considering becoming a surrogate, I cannot recommend West Coast Surrogacy enough!

I just completed my first surrogacy journey with West Coast, September 2023. I had no idea to what to expect of an agency going into it but from the beginning they made me feel at home. They were so welcoming, kind, and warm. Their application and profile process was so in depth and asked questions I never thought would relevant but looking back made complete sense. They truly make sure that the surrogates have a voice in the process and that their wants/needs are met. My case manager Amy was so incredible and was with me every step of the way! Any concern I had, she was there. Any question I had, she got it answered. She truly cared! That is the feeling West Coast Surrogacy gives you, they absolutely care. If I ever do another surrogacy journey it will 100% be with WCS.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with West Coast Surrogacy. After a 6 year battle with infertility, we finally welcomed our son via surrogacy and could not have been happier that we chose to work with West Coast Surrogacy. They are a family run firm, which we loved, and honestly they feel like family to us now. They held our hand throughout the whole process, our case manager Debbie was on top of everything and nothing ever felt too overwhelming because they took such good care of everything. We also loved that they looked after our surrogate so well and she only had positive things to say about her experience with them. Now we are looking to do another journey and without question are signed back up with West Coast Surrogacy.
