AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE 6 months after lab was done, labcorp sending me letters saying "INCOMPLETE OR MISSING INSURANCE INFO. CAN NOT SUBMIT CLAIM" So i call Wellnest, and email Wellnest as well about this. Attached in email to Wellnest is my up to date and active insurance card to for proper billing. (which was given to them already 6 months ago) I sent an Email. I called and left voicemail. NO calls back, and NO emails back from Wellnest. It has been weeks since i reached out to Wellnest to correct my insurance information, and no response back at all from Wellnest. Was my insurance updated? NO! Did Wellnest respond back? NO! Did Wellnest resubmit claim? NO! Did they even read the email? NO! For such an expensive and sensitive operation, this a pathetic joke. There is NO excuse for completely absent communication. There is NO excuse for patients to get bills due to the ball being completely dropped over basic office insurance and billing logistics. Why in the world would anyone trust a company who cant submit insurance claim with correct info, can't perform basic office tasks like updating insurance info, and cant communicate about any of this with their patients? Every single other business on the face of the earth has this figured out. Find a different Fertility clinic.
I loved meeting with Dr. Bjorkman! She was truly such a shining light in such a frustrating process. That being said, the clinic staff is a mixed review for me. Every time I went for blood draws I was never given much instruction and the women walking you back to the rooms were short when speaking to me and not very friendly. The phlebotomists and NPR were so kind and helpful. So I’m pretty mixed on how I feel about the staff. Overall, would recommend over my experience with U of U.
I found Wellnest while looking for a new infertility provider after getting the run around, Doctors not listening to my concerns, and being disappointed and discouraged! The first 2 infertility doctors Ihad seen stopped taking my insurance and said every thing would be self pay if I decided to stick with them. I found Wellnest and put in a consultation request online and I got a call the next day. They got me in fast and I felt heard and my concerns were put at ease. Iam excited to start my journey now instead of scared or nervous. I literally cried happy tears.
I had a really great experience working with Dr. Bjorkman. She’s incredibly empathetic, caring, and thorough, and always took the time to answer any questions I had so I never left feeling confused. She also shared helpful resources and made me feel like I could reach out in the future if anything else came up, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone—she’s a great practitioner to have on your healthcare team. As for the rest of the Wellness staff, from billing to the behind-the-scenes team, I’ve been really impressed. It genuinely feels like they try to meet patients where they’re at and make sure people understand what’s going on. You can see that in the content they share too—like their recent Instagram videos explaining insurance coverage and why balances can still happen, plus Courtney’s fertility financial series. Even being named a 2026 startup finalist says a lot about how much they go above and beyond. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Wellness enough.
We were really excited about this clinic as it was only a few minutes from our house. We loved the doctor even though we never met in person because they only have her there one week a month I believe. We also had a great experience with Samantha in the billing department who helped us after the other staff really dropped the ball. The other staff were just okay. There were quite a few things that bothered us but I want to share the biggest ones that made us decide to stop using this clinic. The first thing we found odd was the free phone consultation was with a secretary and she had very little knowledge that led me to assume she wasn’t even in the medical field. Our first initial consult in the office was with a NP and it was basically a slide show that was almost all PCOS based. After all of that, I ended up not being diagnosed with PCOS. So it’s interesting they talk so in depth about one single infertility cause during the first consultation. The biggest reason we decided to move on is the clinic staff doesn’t seem to have any sensitivity training. They are seeing couples who are dealing with a really painful and challenging season of life and don’t seem to be very sensitive to that. After my first IUI failed, we called to cancel my blood test because my cycle started and the girl on the phone said “okay great! We will get it canceled!” we couldn’t have been more thrown off. She didn’t mention to schedule the next step or anything. Like okay, we are so glad you seem thrilled about something we feel terrible about! We wanted to skip the next month anyways for the holidays. We went back a month later and decided to try another IUI. I went in for the blood test to check for pregnancy, and they said they would be calling me that afternoon for the results. I didn’t get one phone call and ended up seeing the negative results on the labs portal. They didn’t reach out to get me scheduled for another iui or get a plan in place. It’s already a really crappy situation to be in and to have a place that should be your place of support not even care enough to give you your results and make a plan for the next step is really disheartening. I don’t understand how a newer clinic is in a place to treat patients as just another number and not care if they lose them. It left me feeling so icky and I definitely won’t be recommending them. I am a nurse so I’ve been around a lot of medical professionals and something just felt off here from the start and we should have listened to our gut feeling after the first appointment and I just want to make other people aware before they spend thousands of dollars here.
