Unfortunately I can not give less than 1 star, they cancelled my wife's schedule waiting for 1 year, reschedule after 6 months when we showed up after confirming that appointment they said there is no appointment, secretary from Dr Tara N. Kumaraswami, MD is very rude, unprofessional, never will be back, do not recommend.

It's been a couple years I haven't been into this hospital and today was one of those places and one of those times that I came to visit one more time and I like the new update the new changes to new organizing and everything with it is so far I think I will be coming back again this is a nice hospital and if you're looking for a nice place and we're good understanding doctors and nurse practitioners does it supposed to go as well I remember you need a referral to get here but you never know you can just come and ask

I saw Dr. Ireland for a very difficult issue. She was wonderful and very empathetic. She took time to answer my many questions. Her team is just as caring as she is. I’m very grateful for them.

Worst customer service ever at the OBGYN office with Julia Redgate. I was there for an appt which I had to wait 3 weeks to be seen. I gave them my insurance over the phone. They did not try to verify my coverage or call me to follow up. When I got there, they made me wait half an hour to verify my coverage. I called my insurance company and they told me it’s active. They would not speak on the phone to my insurance and then told me because I took so long to verify my coverage, they have to reschedule me. They said because their insurance person wasn’t working today that they couldn’t figure out why they can’t verify my active insurance. The medical staff were careless and dismissive. They did not care about my needs and didn’t care that I had call out of work to be seen for an appointment I made so far in advance. I tried to be patient but as someone who’s in the medical field and I check insurances as well, they would not work with me. I told them there are ways to verify coverage but their response was “we’re not equipped to do that.”

I’m a new patient and very disappointed. You receive messages to arrive 15 min before appointment but wait times are usually more than hour, especially to see Nurse Practitioners. To get a an appointment with a Dr, is a 2 month waitlist. Hospital rooms do not have ACs so it gets very hot and stuffy. None of the nurses read your chart so you have to explain what happened last visit. Actually had a nurse that could not pronounce the antibiotic “cephalexin”, I had to correct her. Overall, no one is considerate of your time and/or prepared for appointments.
