Being on time for appointments is important to me. I arrive on time because I respect other people’s schedules, and I expect the same courtesy in return. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45 AM, and at 10:30 AM I was still waiting. I understand delays can happen, but a 45-minute wait without clear communication is frustrating and makes the overall experience feel poorly managed.

Can't thank Dr. patrizio, Nasmi and the staff enough. Just graduated from my IVF process and have nothing but good things to say about them. Operations run smoothly, they were late once in 7 seven months with many appts in one month. Nurses work with you to find affordable medicine through local pharmacies. Lastly and most importantly, the subject matter expertise is palpable and they treat patients like families not just numbers. So fortunate to have found this team!! Thank you for helping me get pregnant 🙂 huge fan of you guys

I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I underwent two IUI procedures and was encouraged to proceed with a third without having essential diagnostic testing performed beforehand, specifically a saline sonogram to evaluate my uterine cavity. Due to the lack of progress, I decided to seek a second opinion at another clinic. There, I was diagnosed with two uterine polyps, which have now been removed. This raises serious concerns, as these polyps could have directly impacted the success of the treatments I received. It is concerning that such a basic and standard evaluation was not done prior to initiating fertility treatments. This resulted in unnecessary procedures, emotional distress, and financial burden. I strongly recommend that future patients ensure all proper diagnostic testing is completed before proceeding with treatment at this facility.

The ultrasound tech was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, she took the time to thoroughly explain what we were seeing and what each test was for, making us feel so comfortable and reassured. A special shoutout to Daniela, the receptionist, who is truly the heart of this clinic! From day one, her happiness and excitement made us feel welcomed and supported.
