I wish I could give this clinic 100 stars. The doctors and nursing staff are amazing. They are kind, compassionate, understanding, and will work tirelessly to help you build your family. Dr Joseph Findley is the best REI I have ever seen. Prior to coming to this clinic, I had seen three different REIs trying to build our family. I had a very complicated case of complex atypical endometrial hyperplasia and was working to get that cleared. When I met Dr Findley, he made a bold statement that he wanted to be the last REI that I saw. And he is. Dr Findley is the reason that I have my son who was born in February 2026. It was a long journey, but Dr Findley and the nursing staff achieved our miracle. Throughout my journey, I saw most of the doctors at the clinic and everyone was exceptional. I liked that they had office hours available even on the weekends when going through the cycles (just had to drive to beachwood). It was always easy to schedule appointments and even when there weren't appointments available quickly, Dr Findley made it a point to get in contact with me timely. I also utilized the on-call service for some unfortunate hospital visits, but the doctors always called quickly and were there for support. If you have infertility concerns, please look no further and come to this clinic. They will listen to you, treat you like a person, and help you try to achieve your dreams.

UH Fertility was great from day 1. We had worked with another office in Akron without success, but went into UH open minded and hopeful. They were realistic with us, while providing so many options and chances to give us our miracle baby that we had waited over a decade for. I hoped beyond hope it would work, and as I write this I am holding my now 2 month old miracle. It was a long process (almost 2 years) but patience and determination paid off. I asked lots of questions, sent tons of messages to the staff and made calls all the time. Each time, I was treated with kindness and respect and provided the answers and guidance I requested. Even though we have barely welcomed this child, I am already considering a return trip to their office to attempt to give her a sibling. While we would be at square one starting the process all over (we have no remaining embryos) I have no qualms about this because we were treated so well through our first journey. Don’t give up on your journey and give UH Beachwood Fertility a try!

I had a wonderful experience working with UH Fertility Clinic. Dr. Findley is an incredible REI (in fact all of the REIs on the team are amazing - if you go through UH you will most likely meet most of the providers on the team). The nurse manager, Katie, and nursing team were truly top notch and genuinely cared for my husband and I as we went through one of the most difficult journeys we have ever experienced. I couldn't imagine doing IVF at a different clinic. I would chose UH over and over again. The financial team is also very helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we could use our fertility benefits. Highly recommend UH fertility clinic.

I first came to this clinic by chance several years ago. We got the desired result on the first try. Our "pride and joy" is already in the 2nd grade🥰. The second time (after visiting several other clinics), we deliberately went to this location to get the result again. We ourselves live in another state. We got the desired result again on the first try👍. I highly recommend this center to anyone seeking excellent specialists👌😁. The staff is attentive and caring. Even from another state, I maintained contact with the clinic (phone calls, consultations, medications) – everything was on time. Not so long ago, we received our "little bundle of joy" again🥰. Thank you to all the staff for these opportunities😁!!
