The World Egg and Sperm Bank

I would strongly caution anyone considering The World Egg and Sperm Bank. My experience involved misrepresentation of egg availability, lack of professionalism, and sustained non-responsiveness. Multiple donors I selected were listed as “Premium” on their website, indicating eggs had already been retrieved and frozen for immediate shipment. In reality, those donors were not available as represented. Once this discrepancy became clear, I requested a refund. I made that request in January 2026. Despite follow-up emails, multiple phone calls, and a voicemail over the course of nearly two months, I have not received any response from my representative or management. Given the lack of resolution, I have formally filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, and the Federal Trade Commission. This is a deeply personal and financially significant process. Transparency, accuracy, and accountability should be the baseline, not the exception.

I don’t even know where to begin…. The World Egg and Sperm Bank helped us by providing donor eggs that we needed to complete our family. Now, we have our baby boy and we are beyond thankful. We didn’t know what to expect or how to navigate this process but the staff at The World Egg and Sperm Bank helped give us every step of the way. We selected the 2 embryo option and ended up getting pregnant on the second transfer. Thank you World Egg and Sperm Bank!

After so many years, I can finally say we have conquered the IVF journey with the help of The World Egg and Sperm Bank. Our little girl arrived about a month ago and it is surreal. We received 6 eggs and had 2 transferrable embryos. We got pregnant on the first transfer and couldn't believe it. We worked with another egg bank before coming to The world Egg and Sperm Bank and let me tell you, after 12 eggs , two donors and no transferrable embryos from the other egg bank, I didn't this we were ever going to be successful. One year later we are! Thank you to everyone at The World Egg Bank!

Recipient feedback: Warning! Stay away! Do not use! We purchased 12 eggs (2 x 6 cohorts). Out of the 12 eggs only one made it to 6 cells on day 5 but was grossly deformed. Sperm tested and fine, and have since gone on to have a healthy baby though IVF elsewhere. Because that egg made it to 6 cells despite being clearly unviable, it voided the embryo guarantee which gives consumers no rights and is made to favour the company in the extreme. No compassion. The second 6 eggs did get the guarantee and we had an offer to replace 6 eggs after a long period of waiting, poor communication and having to keep chasing them. It was terrible. We asked for a refund instead because we were not going to continue using them and there was no other suitable donor. Once you part with your money, you will NEVER see it again. Make sure you understand that the guarantees offered are unlikely to help you because they accept any grade embryo or blastocyst as voiding the guarantee even if they are clearly unviable. Our IVF provider has since stopped partnering with them. Please save yourself money and heartache.

I thank TWESB everyday in my mind for giving me my beautiful daughter. I had several failed transfers using other egg banks I came to TWESB thinking my luck would be the same and IVF would never work for me and I was wrong ! This is the only transfer that worked and gave me my newborn that is a DOLL. I would highly recommend this egg bank I had zero problems
