I would first like to thank every single person at the fertility clinic for always being so friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. From the very beginning, everyone made us feel supported throughout our IVF journey. I especially want to thank Lauren for always greeting me with a smile and being such a friendly face at every appointment. I would also like to give a special shoutout to Mrs. Lisa for patiently answering every question I had about IVF, medications, and everything in between. Her knowledge and kindness helped ease so many of my worries. Last but certainly not least, thank you to Dr. Huber for helping make our dreams come true. After a long journey, we were blessed to welcome our beautiful baby girl three weeks ago. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Huber and the entire team for helping us grow our family. Thank you all for the incredible care, compassion, and support. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Had a great experience with FINO. My wife and I actually tried a different clinic first, but couldn't reach anyone. We tried FINO and not only spoke with someone, but scheduled our consult on the phone. All the staff were kind, patient, hopeful, and informative. Dr. Ulrich allowed us as much time as we needed in the consult to help us formulate a plan that matched our needs, and was wonderful throughout our 4 months with them. Very appreciative of all the efforts and transparency. Highly recommend this clinic!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Huber and his staff. They really helped guide us every step of the way throughout our time with them. They laid out every option for us and always made sure to let us make the decisions on what we wanted to do next. We finally got the positive pregnancy test and they still stayed with us to make sure everything was on the right track. It was such a bittersweet moment when they said we no longer needed to have our appointments with them because my wife and I had really enjoyed them being a part of our journey. If anybody reading this is struggling on their own to grow their family, I absolutely recommend going to see Dr. Huber.

My wife went to this clinic about a year and a half ago and was seen by Dr Lu. Dr Lu is a nice man, but was board in a care plan. He focused more on quantity of rounds of IVF than explore causes in my opinion. My wife went through several rounds of IVF and was producing eggs however they had no growth after being fertilized but the only focus was on to produce more “quality” eggs by increasing medication which cost more money along with the stress my wife was going through. We kept asking for answers or even a deeper dive into why aren’t the eggs growing and would only be met with-let’s try another round. After three rounds and a lot of money wasted we decided to look elsewhere. We went to a clinic in Baton Rouge and from day one we knew that this was going to be a much better experience. The fertility doctor at this clinic ran the VERY SAME tests on my wife and found out several factors that were causing my wife not to produce quality eggs. He put her on medications to fix those issues and she got pregnant on the first try and we are about to have our baby in August! Another huge oversight by FINO was they never even checked to see if we have fertility medication benefits-which we ended having! We lost close to 20 grand by this oversight! The second clinic checked our benefits and we even paid less for our treatment there! Another money wasting tactic-you must meet with a lawyer prior to any embryos developing AND PAY to have a legal agreement made regarding any embryos produced. Secondary, you MUST PAY upfront for the genetic testing of embryos whether any develop or not. And we are talking thousands of dollars. None of this is refundable if embryos do not develop. Overall, for the amount of money and time you invest in this process-I don’t feel like anything was specific to us or that we were treated any different than someone on an assembly line, going through the motions.

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sartor. She was incredibly detailed and analytical in her explanations, which made it easy for me to understand the issues at hand and the plan for addressing them. Her approach allowed me to follow her advice with confidence, knowing that each step was carefully thought out. What I appreciated most was how Dr. Sartor communicated with me and my husband. At no point did I feel condescended to or shamed—she treated me with respect and understanding, which made a challenging process much more manageable. If you’re looking for a fertility specialist who is thorough, thoughtful, and truly cares about her patients, I highly recommend Dr. Sartor.
