Caring, compassionate and incredibly talented. After struggling TC and a series of losses, Erika swooped in and supported. I’ve referred many who have had success in both traditional and IVF support.

I found Erika after suffering 3 early miscarriages. I had no issues getting pregnant, but I felt like my body just needed extra support before going into another pregnancy. I’m happy to report that I’m entering my second trimester and baby is doing beautifully. Aside from endless prayers, I truly feel like Erika helped me keep this baby and I’m forever grateful for her.

I’m WAY overdue in writing this review! After years of trying and eventually being told by a specialist that I had unspecified infertility (and given a measly 3% chance of conceiving on our own!), I found Erika and Practice Longevity through a friend. Erika was warm and willing to take time to talk in depth about my treatment plan. We decided I would wait to begin fertility treatments until the acupuncture had about 3 months to work. Within the first month, my cycle changed noticeably, so I felt hopeful. Before we could schedule the fertility treatment at the end of the third month, we got pregnant. No one (and I mean no one besides us) was as excited as Erika was when I shared the news. It was awesome! I continued with treatments for the first trimester to keep the good things going. I have kept Erika’s card in my wallet with me ever since so I can share it with women who are trying for a baby. Some people have a calling and Erika is definitely fulfilling hers!

I had such a fantastic experience. Between my acupuncture and yoga it was the perfect balance of care. I would highly recommend the services here!!
