Staff failed to change a birthdate for over five months, creating endless insurance issues. The doctor demanded that we don't "abuse" the nurses (i.e., ask that they do their jobs) when no inappropriate language or tone was used, just repeated requests to perform routine tasks. Same doctor summarily canceled a harvesting procedure after assuring us during the entire follicular phase that everything is on track. Our requests for medical records were repeatedly ignored. We have complaints filed with the Texas Medical Board, the Texas Attorney General's office and the HHS Office for Civil Rights for the HIPAA violation.

We did our entire IVF journey with TFC and now have 2 daughters. Dr Petrini & her team were wonderful.
