My wife and I had the best experience working with TFC, Dr. Lisa Hansard, and her staff. We truly appreciate her trauma-informed approach and how knowledgeable she is. We went from finding out a huge fibroid in my uterus on our very first appointment to a successful embryo transfer early 2025. We’ve welcomed our first baby last December and will absolutely go back when we’re ready to give him a sibling. To all the people out there struggling with infertility - stay strong, blessings and good wishes!

My experience with TFC was fantastic overall. While at the beginning I felt a little bit uneasy with the process and felt like their phone/email system left a little bit to be desired….i learned that once you’re in the pipeline with a retrieval or transfer the system is very buttoned up with returning phone calls/emails. The nurse team is all so kind and helpful through a process that has a steep learning curve. I saw Dr. Silverberg throughout my little over 1 year commitment to IVF. He was so kind, positive and knowledgeable. He was realistic which I appreciate but always with a heavy dose of positivity and hope. He is quick in/out of the room but generally doesn’t mind answering a question if you have them! Just be ready with what your questions are… at the end of the day he knows how to get it done/give you the best odds of success. We had a few unexpected outcomes to which he immediately pivoted to a solution that worked the next time. We owe a lot to him and would absolutely send a friend or family member his way. Thank you Dr. Silverberg!!!

I honestly cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Silverburg and his excellent team of nurses. IVF is a difficult process and your medical team makes an enormous difference. From the beginning, we were treated with care and compassion. Every question we had was answered, every single phone call returned the same day. Every step of the way, I felt deeply supported. All of my procedures felt specifically tailored to my needs. Dr. Silverburg is kind and pretty funny. I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking to embark on this journey. If you have doubts, check it out. It was well worth it for us. We’re expecting a little girl in November after years of trying and getting no answers. 10/10 would recommend.

I am so incredibly grateful that we came across Dr. Silverberg. He is not only an amazing doctor but also someone who truly knows what he’s doing—you can feel his expertise and confidence in every interaction. From the start, we trusted him completely, and I truly believe that trust played a big role in where we are today! I’m 10 weeks pregnant! Behind a confident doctor is a very compassionate person 🙂 This journey was such a roller coaster but he was there for us through it all. Anytime I needed help with medications, he gave them to me, and whenever I wanted the reassurance of seeing him, even on short notice - he always made it happen. It was very bittersweet to graduate from his care—I’ll truly miss seeing him and his team. I can’t recommend Dr. Silverberg enough and will always be thankful for the care, kindness, and support we received.

If I could choose again, I would never go to Texas Fertility Center. As a fertility preservation patient before chemotherapy, I felt completely unsupported. Dr. Gavrizi was in and out of the room with no explanation, no compassion, and no guidance. I went through one IVF cycle that failed, then did it again, feeling like I went in completely blindly. When I first saw my baby on ultrasound, she simply said there was no heartbeat with zero empathy. After that, I started looking for a second opinion, where I was treated much more differently. I eventually miscarried, but after that I refused to do anything further with Texas Fertility Center and refused to keep giving them my money. Even the checkout was cold and focused on money. The only person who showed genuine care was Nurse Jaime. IVF is already emotionally and financially exhausting, we all deserve a doctor who truly cares, reads your chart, and treats you like a human being. Save your money! I’m not saying all the doctors there are bad but if I could choose again I would NEVER choose Dr. Gavrizi.
