Reviews
** QUEER CLIENTS BEWARE** This clinic is not trauma informed and requires LGBT+ individuals to do much more work and also forces them pay to take group classes that straight clients don’t have to take. Doctors are not straightforward about processes and are very avoidant of questions. We rarely get a call back in less than a week and that has pushed our timeline out so much further than we were first told by the clinic. They lost bloodwork at one point and had to make my wife come back to re-do it, which is pretty concerning. My wife has been treated terribly here and choosing this provider is a major regret for our family. They also constantly misgender me and are not receptive when I speak up about it.
I wanted to wait the full nine months before sharing our experience, but with our due date right around the corner, I can’t help but express how much love and appreciation I have for Spring Fertility—especially Dr. Fisher. I have never felt so heard, valued, and genuinely cared for by a doctor or clinic. Before starting our IVF / ICSI journey, we explored multiple clinics both in-state and out-of-state. Every situation is different, but for us, it was incredibly important to understand why we were experiencing years of infertility—not just jump straight into treatment. From the very beginning, our concerns were taken seriously. We felt validated, supported, and guided every step of the way. The team provided referrals to specialists so we could truly get to the root cause, and we were ultimately able to identify male factor infertility. That level of care and thoroughness meant everything to us. Throughout the entire process, we felt seen, heard, and deeply cared for. Infertility is not an easy journey, and coming to terms with needing help to start a family can be emotional. But I can confidently say our experience with Spring Fertility was nothing short of amazing—truly magical and so special. IVF is a big investment, both financially and emotionally, but there is no price you can put on becoming a parent. Every appointment, every conversation, and every step was worth it. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Spring Fertility, for blessing our lives. With our due date just around the corner, our hearts are so full of gratitude.
My experience at Spring Fertility was great. Me and my husband trying to get pregnant for 4 years now. On our 2 years of trying, I decided to have a fertility test and I found out I’m the one who had a problem. I have a blocked fallopian tube. I was crying because I know that one, I can’t get pregnant on my own on natural way. After a year I go to other fertility test again to have a second opinion and this time they have same diagnosis. This is the time I decided to undergo an IVF. They refer Spring Fertility to me and this is the best decision I made. Because when I have my consultation last year December 16 to be exact Doctor Fisher explain to me/us how IVF works and what’s best for me. He is so knowledgeable and he really knows what he’s doing. From the front desk, the nurses especially Nurse Sarina, and medical assistant they are all friendly, nice and they treat you like a family or friend. The Salve app that they had is really helpful also for reminding your medications and appointment. You can contact them also and they answer right away. Right now I’m waiting for my embryo transfer. I love Spring Fertility definitely I gonna recommend this fertility clinic to someone who wants to have a baby through IVF because they can’t have a baby on their own or in natural way.
Highly recommend the team at spring fertility. We have had nothing but positive experiences with them over the last 1.5 years. We are a queer couple, we started with IUI after a few unsuccessful rounds we moved to IVF. Having all documents, results and communication via the app salve has made things a lot easier to track. We have been offered great support from the nurses, doctors and psychologist throughout the process. Thank you team!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this clinic and the entire team! From the moment we walked in, we were treated with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. Dr. Fisher was amazing. He took the time to explain every step of the IVF process, making sure we understood and felt comfortable throughout. We did experience a few setbacks getting my husband’s vials sent over, but the staff handled everything with care and kept us updated until it was all resolved. Their communication and dedication made what could have been stressful feel manageable and supported. I’m so grateful to have been referred to this clinic and this amazing team!
