After going through my third fertility clinic, and my 4-year journey of fertility treatments I can say without a doubt that Spring Fertility Garden City has been the absolute best and that’s largely because of Dr. Chantae Sullivan‑Pyke. She is everything you hope for in an REI: nurturing, deeply caring, and genuinely invested in your journey. From the very first conversation, she made me feel seen, heard, and supported. Her presence alone brings a sense of calm, and her guidance feels like it comes from someone who truly understands the emotional weight of fertility treatment. Spring’s concierge‑style approach is unmatched. Communication is effortless you reach out, and you actually get answers in a timely manner. No waiting days for a callback, no feeling like you’re just another patient in a long line. The team works together seamlessly, and you feel that in every interaction. I have to shout out Kris, RN, because she made sure I always knew what was going on. She kept me updated throughout the entire process and took the time to explain every medication not just what it was, but how it worked and what to expect. That level of care matters, and she delivered every single time. Natalie was amazing at the very beginning. She coordinated my plan alongside the medical team and made sure everything was organized and aligned before I even started. She set the tone for what ended up being the smoothest fertility experience I’ve had. And of course, Jaden and Faith, they brought so much warmth and positivity. They helped create a family‑type environment that made every visit feel lighter. Their kindness and attentiveness made a huge difference. After two other clinics, I didn’t realize how transformative it could be to finally be in a place where the care is tailored, the communication is clear, and the people genuinely care. Spring Fertility Garden City and especially Dr. Sullivan‑Pyke made me feel hopeful again. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Spring Fertility Garden City. Although I ultimately had to continue my IVF journey elsewhere due to insurance restrictions, the care I received from the Spring team was exceptional from beginning to end. Valerie and Dr. Pearson were incredibly kind, responsive, and compassionate. They took the time to answer my countless questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and never made me feel like I was just another patient. Navigating fertility treatment can be overwhelming, but they made me feel supported and genuinely cared for. Even after I had to transfer my care, they continued to help me with records and anything else I needed. Dr. Chantae Sullivan-Pyke, is amazing!!!!!! I went to her in 2019 after having a horrible experience with another clinic. I went to Dr. Sullivan-Pyke for my 2nd IVF round. From the first day I meet Dr. Sullivan-Pyke she was warming, patient, non judgmental, and very knowledgeable. Im happy to announce with my very first frozen cycle with her I got pregnant and I have a beautiful healthy 5 year old!!! She has helped make my dreams come true and I am very thankful for her. Dr. Sullivan-Pyke is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Under her care, I experienced the miracle of becoming pregnant and I now have a child. I was diagnosed with PCOS at age 15 and did not naturally ovulate. I am currently in my late thirties and have only naturally ovulated once. My fertility journey was a long one with multiple miscarriages and even a ectopic pregnancy where I lost a fallopian tube. With Dr. Sullivan-Pyke, I underwent hormone therapy, egg extraction, fertilization, and 3 rounds of IVF. She always explained why I was getting a procedure and made me a part of the journey. I cannot recommend her enough.

I had the absolute pleasure of having Dr. Sullivan-Pyke provide my IVF treatments. Where do I even begin? Aside from being brilliant, she is extremely dedicated to her patients. I felt comfortable with her and always knew I was in safe hands. Her bedside manner is exquisite. She is everything I needed during this tough journey. We laughed together and certainly cried together during my IVF journey. She is a gem and i pray many patients get to experience the amazing care she provides. Im blessed to have found her. I now have a healthy baby girl and Im glad I took my time to find a physician who "saw me". I will always he grateful to her.
