My experience with South Jersey Fertility Center was exceptional. From the very beginning, my husband and I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. Every single person we encountered—from the doctors and nurses to the embryologists, finance team, and front office staff—was kind, compassionate, and incredibly responsive. No question ever felt too small, and they consistently took the time to explain everything clearly and guide us through what can be a very emotional and overwhelming process. What stood out most was not just their expertise, but their empathy. They truly understand what patients are going through and create an environment that feels both professional and deeply human. If you are looking for the right place to start your family SJF is it. My wife and I have spent the last year with them (primarily Sewell location) and can’t say enough. The journey of fertility looks different for everyone and isn’t always easy.. ours wasn’t always easy, but having a dedicated team makes all the difference. I think the biggest thing for us was the love and care we felt by the staff no matter what phase we were in. We are pregnant with our first baby and none of it would be possible without SJF. We truly found a family in SJF for life.

The staff has been incredibly responsive, and I’ve appreciated how they adjust protocols along the way so you never feel like your time is being wasted. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been compassionate and attentive, which made the process feel more personal. By comparison, when I went through two cycles at RMA, I felt more like a number in a system—almost like a lab rat—rather than a patient being cared for. South Jersey Fertility has been a refreshing change, and I’m grateful for the support I’ve received there.
