The best fertility clinic in Triangle. I recently transferred my care to Shady Grove Fertility, and I honestly wish I had come here sooner. From the very first appointment, I felt a real difference in how everything is handled. There’s a calm, organized, and genuinely caring atmosphere that immediately put me at ease during what has been an emotional and stressful journey. I always feel heard, never rushed, and everything is explained in a way that makes even the most overwhelming parts feel manageable. My doctor, Dr. Mitchell, has been wonderful—kind, steady, and incredibly reassuring. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes me feel like I’m truly being cared for as a person, not just a patient. All of the other doctors I’ve met have also been excellent—professional, attentive, and compassionate. Every interaction has felt thoughtful and reassuring, which has made a big difference throughout this process. Nurse Meredith has been especially amazing—warm, responsive, and so supportive. She always gets back to me quickly and has a way of making stressful updates feel calmer and easier to handle. The entire nursing team has been consistently kind, organized, and compassionate. I also want to mention PA Ellie Andres, who has been exceptional—so kind, patient, and supportive at every step. The anesthesia team was also outstanding, making me feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout procedures. The sonographers and phlebotomy staff deserve special mention as well—they have all been incredibly gentle, kind, and reassuring. Their warmth, patience, and professionalism made ultrasounds and blood draws much less stressful than I expected. The embryologists were also wonderful—professional, detail-oriented, and reassuring. The front desk and billing team have also been just as lovely—friendly, helpful, responsive and efficient, which makes all the logistics feel much less overwhelming. We switched from a larger clinic, and I couldn't be happier with that decision. The entire team at Shady Grove is very good at their job and very friendly. This created an atmosphere where my wife could be more relaxed for very stressful procedures. The communication was always prompt, professional, and kind even during stressful situations. Overall Shady Grove offered superior results, service, and was far more pleasant than our previous provider.

I cannot say enough good things about Shady Grove Fertility and the staff there. My husband and I were nervous going into this process and not sure what to expect but Dr. Bressler and the entire staff at SGF were nothing short of amazing the entire process. From answering all of our questions, guiding us with their knowledge and expertise, to comforting us when cycles didn’t go as planned and finally to celebrating with us when we were finally successful. They started as our care team but truly ended up becoming family. I got excited to see them at each appointment and missed them when we no longer had to go in (though it was for the best possible reason!). They always put me at ease and I always felt safe to express any emotions I was feeling. It was a long journey but we now have our little one in our arms and nothing can beat that feeling. We owe Shady Grove everything for helping us to start our family. I will 100% recommend them to anyone experiencing fertility challenges!

We’re coming up on a year since my first transfer, and I’ve been meaning to write this review. Now, nearly a year later, our beautiful baby girl was born this past March, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the team at SGF in Cary, NC! We wouldn’t be here without them. Every visit started with warmth and compassion. The PAs and nurses are incredible. I especially looked forward to my “you got this girl” hugs before my morning appointments. My husband and I were also very happy with Dr. Mitchell. She was consistently knowledgeable, supportive, and kind throughout our entire journey. Thank you Dr. Mitchell! Infertility can be incredibly difficult, and after experiencing a loss at the end of 2025 following an IUI cycle, those small moments of care meant everything to us. The team was also extremely responsive! Our questions were often answered right away, either by phone or through the portal, which brought so much reassurance during a stressful time. We can’t say enough good things about SGF Cary. We are so thankful for their care and support.

We are beyond grateful for choosing Shady Grove for our IVF journey. IVF initially felt so intimidating, but the team made the entire process feel manageable. From our first consultation, we consistently felt that we were in capable hands and continued to feel supported every step of the way. Everyone was so warm and empathetic! Brianna always greeted us warmly at the front desk, instantly helping to ease any nerves. Ellie and Kimberly, who performed my ultrasounds, were not only professional but also full of helpful tips and reassuring guidance throughout the process. A very special thank you goes to Dr. Mitchell and her nurse, Meredith. Meredith was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer any questions and provide clarity when we needed it most. Dr. Mitchell is both brilliant and deeply compassionate. Whenever I found myself researching IVF protocols online, I felt reassured knowing her approach was consistently thorough and clearly grounded in extensive research. We were fortunate to use secondary insurance throughout our treatment and never experienced any issues with authorizations or billing. These ladies are so great! I wholeheartedly recommend Shady Grove to anyone navigating their fertility journey.
