When we decided to grow our family, we knew that moving our embryos and following Dr. Patounakis to Shady Grove was absolutely necessary. After having a successful first IVF transfer with him at RMA, he was the only doctor we trusted for this next chapter. Dr. Patounakis’ knowledge, compassion, and informative, statistics-backed approach have always been so appreciated. From our very first consultation at Shady Grove to navigate the embryo transfer process, we felt genuinely cared for and confident that the entire team had our best interests at heart. Everyone we encountered—from the nurses and ultrasound technician to our time with Dr. P himself—provided exceptional care and support. We would have followed Dr. Patounakis anywhere, and we are incredibly grateful that we did. We cannot thank Dr. Patounakis and the entire Shady Grove team enough for helping make our family complete!

Shady Grove has been such a blessing to our family. We went through quite a few steps in our fertility journey.. I can’t say enough about the staff that we’ve worked with - first and foremost I absolutely adored working with Dr Kendall. She was so kind and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with her opinions and she always took time to answer all my millions of questions. Madison and Ana always made me feel comfortable and made me smile when I saw them, even with lots of early mornings. Sharon always was an absolute ray of sunshine - genuine warmth that made me feel so welcome and more comfortable. I worked very closely with my nurse Dawn - who always had kind words and spent extra time answering my questions or taking extra calls from me when I needed. Thank you Beth for your warmth and welcoming presence every morning and making sure everything is in order for all of our appointments. The facility itself is very nice, very clean, and very pleasant to be in, but I cannot emphasize how much the people matter in this process - they are really what matters. If anyone ever asks me for a recommendation for where to go to help build their family - with no hesitation I will answer Shady Grove Orlando office. Thank you so much for your care and love through this process - you are an incredible team and have truly blessed our family.

I was really nervous about my HSG procedure, but it ended up going really well. Michelle made me feel comfortable right away, and Dee was so good at calming me down and talking me through everything so I felt at ease. Dr. Patounakis was gentle, explained everything clearly, and worked very efficiently. Overall, everyone, from the front desk to the staff who helped during the procedure, made me feel cared for and supported during a really nerve-wracking experience.
