Shady Grove Fertility in Columbia

Have had such wonderful experiences here through the whole journey. The front desk team is so wonderful and welcoming, Sherry is always full of smiles and laughter! We appreciate you so much!

Cannot recommend shady grove enough. We were seen by Dr. Morris at the Baltimore office & had nothing but wonderful experiences despite unfortunate circumstances. She & her nurse, Marisa were incredible, so thorough and walked us through every step. The office staff & lab staff are so friendly and helpful & truly made tough times a little easier for us. I had a procedure and some monitoring at the Towson office as well and every single person I encountered treated us with compassion and kindness. Happy to say Dr. Morris did such a thorough job and was able to find and solve our problem. It can be tough these days to find a doc that sits down and listens, answers questions without rushing you, and truly makes you feel like you are collaborating on a treatment plan, but she did just that. Shady Grove is doing it right and we trust them endlessly!

From the moment you walk in to the minute you walk out Karen, an admin at the front brings a top tier level of care, customer service and ease to the overall experience at the SGF Columbia location. Even when making appointments over the phone she is very patient and makes sure you are getting exactly what you need. Having her as the first and last person you come in contact with makes a big difference because it makes your overall experience whether good or bad, better.

Shady grove Columbia has been a very pleasant experience thus far-anyone we’ve interacted with has been extremely helpful and comforting. Dr. Osheroff not only is extremely knowledgeable but also very empathetic and kind. The front staff are truly a highlight and a pleasure to interact with. Shelly and Karen are the best ! A huge thank you to the lovely sonographers as well and Monica and Elaine for making everything smooth and easy. Last but not least my nurse Kim for her attentiveness and hard work. You are all appreciated more than you know ❤️
