Shady Grove Fertility in Buckhead – Piedmont

I came to Shady Grove Fertility seeking clarity and medical guidance, not immediate fertility treatment. Unfortunately, the experience felt rushed and agenda-driven. Despite expressing that we were not actively trying to conceive right now, conversations quickly shifted to invasive testing, IVF pathways, and costs. Excellent insurance coverage was emphasized repeatedly, which made the process feel more like a sales funnel than individualized care. Communication felt focused on moving us forward rather than listening to our boundaries or priorities. My partner was also brought into decisions abruptly, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary at that stage. This clinic may work well for patients who are ready to move quickly into fertility treatment, but for those seeking thoughtful, paced, patient-centered care, this environment may feel overwhelming.

Everyone should form their own opinion, especially when it comes to something as personal and emotional as fertility treatment, but at the Buckhead location you quickly see how much of a difference the team here makes. Kortnie never fails to greet me with a genuine smile and always welcomes me by name. It seems like such a small thing, but it really sets the tone. She’s been so helpful in following up with my doctor/team if needed. Anna is hands down the best sonographer. Her calmness has helped ease my anxiety, which is something you come to greatly appreciate when you’re coming in for ultrasounds every other day. Jada is always so sincere and very gentle when drawing blood. As much as anyone can enjoy this kind of journey, I genuinely appreciate the care from the team at this office. Every answered question, reassuring smile, even the small conversations with other patients in the waiting room, has made the process feel a little lighter. You should always go with what feels right for you, but if you’re scrolling through reviews trying to decide, I can honestly say Shady Grove was a great choice.

While my doctor was at the main campus in Sandy Springs, I came here for my daily blood draws. Courtney, Jada and all the others are SO nice, sweet, kind, helpful and informative. They make you feel at ease and encourage you. Would recommend!

Having read unfavorable reviews of at least one other location, I was unsure of what to expect @ the Buckhead location. My expectations were middle of the road. Upon arrival, we were greeted w/ a “sincere,” not contrived good morning, in tranquil & serene space. Shortly after, my daughter’s vitals were taken by technician, Princess, whose demeanor was almost angelic. Her eyes & calming assurances spoke volumes. We were at ease. Another technician followed for her sonogram. She too was thorough, professional & polite. I trust that going forward, the positive experience @ the Buckhead facility will continue. Reviews of other Shady Grove facilities are not very favorable, whereas many clients &/or perspective clients mention lack of communication & follow through on behalf of staff.

Gail, Princess and Krystal are such an amazing team. I have visited almost all of the offices in atlanta and Buckhead is by far my favorite due to this A team. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome, starting with Gail. Princess does such a good job with the blood draw that I don’t even dread that anymore. And Krystal is such a loving soul always being so supportive and caring and doing a great job. Love this office
