Dr Kim and the entire team at RMA have lovely bedside manner, are attentive and caring every step of the way. I will say at times it can be hard to reach certain parts of the team my overall experience has been wonderful.

Avoid this clinic. Nightmare billing and terrible communication. This is the worst place for IVF treatment. They focus entirely on extracting every single penny from you while delivering awful service. Our issues started on day one. Our first in-person visit was abruptly changed to a telehealth appointment because the doctor allegedly had a hospital emergency. However, when we logged on, the doctor was sitting right in her office. Meanwhile, the office manager, Ashley, aggressively demanded payment before the virtual appointment could even begin. The lack of competence is staggering. It took the doctor four weeks to review the medical records we uploaded on day one. The communication gap between the clinical and billing staff is severe; billing had no idea when our procedure was starting, delaying our prior authorization. I spent two weeks calling and emailing them. They claimed a system error prevented notifications and that my messages "fell through the cracks," despite seeing my older messages. Furthermore, our insurance company reached out to RMA five times requesting medical records, and Ashley completely ignored them. I believe this clinic is violating California medical billing laws. They force you to pay the full amount upfront and hold your money until the insurance finally pays them. Save your sanity and go elsewhere.

Dr. Landay and the entire staff are truly exceptional. From every appointment to every interaction, I felt genuinely cared for and welcomed. Dr Landay is incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, and it’s clear how much she cares about her patients. I’m incredibly grateful for the level of care and compassion I received and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I just finished an egg retrieval cycle with Dr. Landay at RMA Los Angeles. I can't say enough good things about my overall experience. From my initial consult, Dr. Landay spent at least 45 minutes with me (maybe more) explaining female fertility, statistics, and the process of egg freezing. I decided to go through with it and I am so happy I did. RMA made the entire process very easy and I felt that they provided excellent care. My cycle was incredibly successful after following all of the detailed protocols. Not only was Dr. Landay fantastic, but my phlebotomist, Jacqueline, was exceptional. I saw her frequently as I had my appointments. She is amazing at her job and always made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. She added such a human touch to a daunting process and arduous routine. My nurse on retrieval day was Elizabeth, and she was also so fantastic and made me so comfortable. Would highly recommend this clinic for anyone wanting to inquire about freezing their eggs.

I’m incredibly grateful for the care and professionalism I experienced at RMA. From intake through scheduling and treatment, the entire team is proactive, responsive, and genuinely kind, making an otherwise overwhelming process feel manageable. My nurses consistently followed up, returned calls promptly, and made themselves available by phone or app to answer questions. I always felt supported and informed. Dr. Landay and her team are wonderful, and I can’t thank them enough for guiding me through my egg-freezing experience.
