I had an excellent experience at RMA White Plains, especially with Dr. Klein and the entire care team. From the first visit, I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Klein is thoughtful, thorough, and takes the time to explain options clearly, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. I’m very grateful for the care I received here and would highly recommend them.

After testing showed my AMH was significantly low for my age, I knew getting pregnant wouldn’t be simple. Still, we tried naturally for a while. When I finally felt ready, we reached out to RMA of NY (thank you, Nurse Danielle Giordano!), and I met Dr. Rachel Gerber. From the moment I sat with her, I knew she was my doctor. Her knowledge, her transparency—it brought me a sense of calm I hadn’t felt in so long. Once I started my journey with RMA, my fertility coordinator, Jennifer Ciappetta was available day and night whenever I needed her. She answered all my questions quickly and eased my anxiety throughout the entire process. I also want to shout out the nurses and the front desk ladies at both White Plains and Mount Kisco. Everyone is beyond attentive and amazing.

Zero stars. Stay away. This review is mostly specific to the billing and admin practices of RMA - they are atrocious, the worst of any business I've ever encountered. Trying to find the correct person to help with an issue or anyone at all to answer the phone in billing is near impossible. They sent a bill of mine to CBC to collect. I was never sent this bill. Nothing in the mail. No email. No phone call. Nothing before they sent it to collections. My account "financial educator" couldn't even tell me what the bill was for. I've been asking for a full statement of my account for weeks and even that is too difficult for them to manage. Trying to get information on the charge requires endless follow up on my part and it is still unresolved more than 2 months later. And this is just the latest of several issues I've had with their billing department. Since 2022, I've been asked to fill out multiple forms, consents and sign up for 5 or 6 different portals as they've changed ownership, yet still they send mail to the wrong address or text me bills instead of emailing them despite multiple requests not to text. This does not instill trust or confidence in a medical practice. Regarding their medical staff, the doctors and nurses are nice and competent and I do believe Dr. Klein and his coordinator Jenna tried to help me and my fiancé, but the entire practice or company more accurately, feels like a factory. You don't see your doctor during most or every visit, just whoever is available on that day. One visit, I had side effects from a medication that seemed unusual and the doctor I saw said she'd never encountered it, shrugged and didn't have anything to say other than "let us know if it gets worse or doesn't go away." I also had significant side effects both immediately after and weeks after my trigger medication that I was never warned about. Reddit subs were more helpful than RMA in these cases - it seems these side effects were all fairly common. If we try again, we might have considered continuing with RMA because finding and trying a new practice is full of it’s own uncertainty and risks, but after this latest billing issue, never again. Every interaction with RMA on the billing/admin side has been infuriating, riddled with incompetence, and simply bad business. There are other options out there, save yourself the frustration and avoid RMA.

My experience with RMA Westchester was very disappointing. The office rarely answers calls or emails, and the front desk staff were unprofessional. I had planned with my doctor to take anxiety medication before a procedure, but the prescription was never sent (I assumed it'd be dispensed in-house). On the day of the procedure, I was questioned about why I did not have it, even though it had never been prescribed. Their office also called me about egg donation, a service I never discussed or expressed interest in. When I raised concerns, I was told the office manager would reach out. She emailed once but never responded again after I followed up. I have since transferred my care to Generation Next Fertility, and the difference has been night and day. They are responsive, organized, and professional. I would not recommend RMA Westchester based on my experience.
