My husband and I were referred to Dr. Lederman's team from MGH and had a very positive experience overall. Dr. Lederman is extremely professional, responds very quickly, and has a lot of knowledge in the field. Jen was a very organized and supportive coordinator, Alex supported our financial goals and needs, and Nurse Nicole was helpful answering questions and making sure I understood my treatment plan. The front desk staff and phlebotomists were consistent, efficient, and friendly. We are thrilled to be recently discharged with a successful pregnancy after three rounds of IVF. We highly recommend RMA of New York at Mount Kisco!

THE BEST!!!! Dr. Gerber was amazing- she is so calming and reassuring! All of the nurses- Nicole, Kylie, Rachel, Alex, Jordyn- all amazing!!! They are so caring and truly in the process with you! All of the coordinators- Caitlin, Jen, Jenna- THE BEST! They made my whole process so easy. The front desk staff in Mount Kisco and White Plains are truly the sweetest people! Lisandra, Alia, Alison, Amanda- love them all! The recovery room staff from the OR techs to the nurses were just amazing! Embryology team is a dream! Sam Maguire made my transfer in of eggs so easy- LOVE her! RMA of NY in the city and all of Westchester is truly the best place!!!!!!

RMA is such a great practice and the entire staff of doctors, nurses and coordinators are lovely to work with. I am especially grateful to work with Dr. Gerber throughout my fertility journey. She is kind, understanding and helped me throughout many trials of IUI and then a successful IVF cycle. So happy I used this practice and now I have a sweet baby! Shout out to her nurse Jordyn for alway being so nice to work with, answering questions, sending email updates and calling with test results. The coordinator Jen is so helpful in ordering meds and explaining upcoming processes. Overall I highly recommend using RMA and look forward to working with the team again soon!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care I’ve received from the entire team at RMA Mt. Kisco. From the very beginning of my journey, I have felt supported, heard, and genuinely cared for by every single person involved in my treatment. My coordinator, Caitlin S, has been an incredible source of guidance and reassurance throughout this process. The nursing team, including Jordyn, Nicole, Rachel, and Kylie, consistently go above and beyond to make what can be an overwhelming experience feel manageable and compassionate. The front desk staff are always warm and welcoming, especially Alia, who is consistently kind and helpful. I am also so grateful for the behind-the-scenes team who play such a critical role in patient care. My finance educator, Alex C, and Jen C have been so supportive in navigating the financial aspects of treatment, and the phlebotomists, Miah and Jackie, make even the most routine visits feel comfortable and stress-free. I am deeply appreciative of the OR team who have supported me through multiple cycles, including Sabrina, Maddie, and Jenny. Dr. Gerber has been exceptional every step of the way. She is always available to answer my questions and takes the time to walk me through each part of the process with patience and care. I would also like to thank Teresa from the genetics team, who was instrumental in identifying one of the major causes of my fertility challenges. I highly recommend RMA Mt. Kisco to anyone looking for a fertility clinic with a compassionate, attentive, and dedicated team to support them through such a vulnerable journey. The level of care and attention I have received here is truly unmatched.

My experience with RMA of New York (Westchester) has been outstanding. Fertility treatment can be overwhelming, especially when your case is medically and genetically complex, but the entire team made me feel supported, informed, and truly cared for every step of the way. Dr. Lederman was exceptional. He approached my complicated situation with both expertise and compassion. He took the time to thoroughly explain my options, walked me through each phase of treatment, and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision. He responded to my emails incredibly quickly and often called me the same day to talk things through. My journey has been longer than most, but he was always positive and always encouraged me to stay positive, even when I truly did not think I could. He always seemed to have a solution ready, which made such a difference. Jen, my IVF coordinator, was incredible. She kept everything organized and moving forward seamlessly, from authorizations to scheduling to medication prescriptions and deliveries. She was responsive, kind, and reassuring during moments that could have easily felt overwhelming. Having her as a consistent point of contact made things feel manageable. The nursing staff also deserves huge recognition, especially Nicole. The nurses were patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate when calling with both good and not-so-good news. Those calls can carry a lot of emotion, and they handled them with so much care. The phlebotomists at both the White Plains and Mt. Kisco locations were wonderful as well, always professional and friendly, bringing a smile to the many early mornings. Now that I have graduated from RMA and am expecting my baby this summer, I could not be more thankful to Dr. Lederman and the entire RMA team. I truly hope to be back in the future for baby number two, and I would not hesitate to recommend RMA to anyone going through fertility treatment.
