I was recommended this clinic by my OBGYN after several miscarriages trying to convince my second child. It worked and I have a beautiful healthy baby girl because of RMA, with an option to have more. I am so thankful to this place for how prompt they were at addressing any concerns I had and such great communication with the medical staff through the app. I also finally got a medical diagnoses for my painful periods that I had been gaslit about by doctors for years. I have heard of so many struggles with other fertility clinics from friends, where they felt they were just put through the typical fertility motions — with horrible communication. I’ve heard over and over again that my great experience with RMA is rare for a fertility clinic. I highly suggest this place and will be back if I decide to have another child. Thank you, RMA!

Dr. Kort is truly amazing. We cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for us. After going through multiple failed IUIs and embryo transfers, I was ready to give up. We came to Dr. Kort for one last attempt, and meeting him not only restored our hope, it gave us the opportunity to become parents. We are incredibly grateful for all he has done for us. The entire RMA team was also a tremendous support throughout this journey.

I am completing my first trimester and am beyond grateful to the incredible care team at RMA Palo Alto, especially Dr. Kort, for making this miracle possible. We transported our embryos from another fertility clinic, and the difference was truly night and day. I thought my previous clinic was good until I came to RMA. From the very beginning, the level of care, attention, and organization was on a completely different level. Dr. Kort genuinely cares. He took the time to review my history thoroughly and suggested a couple of key procedures that ultimately made all the difference. He focused on getting my uterus into the best possible shape to receive the embryo, something that gave me confidence I hadn’t felt before. Even then, I wasn’t sure it would work, but our very first transfer at RMA took. The care team is exceptional. Everything runs smoothly and efficiently, and I never felt like just another patient. Nurse Kylie was absolutely wonderful and always responded to my questions right away, which brought so much reassurance during such an emotional process. I even had the chance to see Dr. Kort for several ultrasounds, and he was incredibly responsive through the Spruce app. He even FaceTimed me personally. I never once felt rushed and always felt heard. When I was feeling anxious about my HCG levels rising, I asked to come in for a third beta test, and they immediately accommodated me. That flexibility and compassion meant more than I can put into words. My appointment wait times were consistently under 10 minutes, which only added to the overall sense of calm and trust. If you are looking for a fertility clinic that truly cares about you and the end result, look no further. This team is invested, thoughtful, and deeply committed to their patients’ success. I couldn't have asked for a better fertility clinic than RMA. Whether by phone, messaging app, or in person, staff members are professional, reliable, & helpful. My partner and I worked with Dr. Kort, who is amazing in every way--respectful, knowledgeable, & friendly. On several occasions, I was assisted by Dr. Kaser and Dr. Morin, who are also great doctors. Along the journey of exams, egg retrieval, and embryo implantations, my partner and I felt supported, well-informed, & set up for success.
