Medical side was great but the financial department side was a complete nightmare. Sadya Malik completely misrepresented the entire loan process. Basically, listening to her advice, I requested a loan for $28,000 through a company RMA recommended which included enough funds for all medication and the IVF cycle. Insurance ended up covering all of the medication and I only used about $5,000 expecting to receive a credit for the unused funds once my wife was discharged. Now im being told im responsible for the entire $28,000. When I brought this to Sadya’s attention she even said to just call and ask for a “loan reevaluation”. Now today she only says “well, you signed the documents”. Absolutely disgraceful. I never received any of the money. Everything went directly to RMA. So where did the unused funds go?

Dr. Emily Osman is truly an amazing doctor. She is passionate and caring with me and I could not ask for a better doctor to support me through my journey! Whoever gets her is lucky and will know they will get the proper care they need.

She is always there to answer questions and provide reassurance, and her warmth brings so much comfort during a stressful process. I am deeply grateful for the outstanding care I’ve received at RMA.

I have been coming to RMA for about two years now. I can’t express how great all the providers are. Dr. Osman is fantastic! I had to switch clinics due to using donor embryos. I still do my morning monitoring at RMA Princeton and love seeing all the familiar faces. They are literally the best clinic around!
