Doctor Constantini is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly committed to helping you understand every step of the process. I always feel heard and supported, never rushed. My nurse Bobby has been just as wonderful—she listens carefully, is extremely diligent, and always answers my questions with kindness and clarity. No matter how small my concern is, she makes sure I feel comfortable and informed. My pregnancy test came back positive and more than happy and blessed.

I had a positive impression of the facility, and my provider was clearly knowledgeable. However, during my visit, I felt that the focus was more on presenting IVF and IUI options rather than fully understanding my individual concerns and questions. I would have appreciated a more patient-centered approach with greater emphasis on listening and addressing my specific needs before discussing treatment options. Some of my questions remained unanswered, which left me feeling unheard. As a healthcare provider myself, I value the importance of active listening in building trust and delivering quality care.
