I would greatly advise against going to this place for your fertility needs. I paid both a deposit and a large fee to even go to an initial appointment. While I was advised of some additional costs, there were costs that were not discussed with me and I was later billed for and they were exponential. This came as an huge surprise to me as I was obviously not expecting it. Additionally, they tested me for things I noted I had already been tested for and could’ve also avoided that cost. My husband went for his appointment, paid cash in full amount and was then later billed this amount again in a mail statement. I was also billed a fee for blood draw, which I guess is not included in the large amount you pay for your initial appointment. The medical assistant who took my blood also greatly bruised me beyond a normal bruising for a blood draw. As a medical assistant and someone working in healthcare I know what that looks like. It appears their organization with financials is also lacking. About a month or so after my appointment it was determined I could no longer move forward with fertility treatment because unfortunately I have been diagnosed cancer and I received a surprise $35 billing request to get my records that I personally never even requested. While the staff appeared nice at my one and only appointment I am disappointed in the organization as a whole. They seem money hungry and don’t really truly care for their patients.

Despite recent reviews I’ve had a good experience with this practice. Staff and providers have been helpful and friendly. Even though the MD I originally had left the practice, my care has been consistent and without delay- Their NP Amanda is really great and the nurses always return my calls when I have questions or concerns. I appreciate their evidence based approach to fertility treatment. Things are currently going well after my first transfer.

I seen this provider for my first high risk visit. This is my second high risk pregnancy due to me having a brain aneurysm. I had my care completed with Orlando Healthcare the last pregnancy which was just over a year ago. I transferred my care to AdventHealth thinking they would offer superior care with thier given background and my own personal experience delivering my daughter at AdventHealth Orlando in August of 2024. I unfortunately have not had the best experience. From scheduling to my care. More specifically with this provider Ahmed M Al-Malt, MD, FACOG. He came into my vist rude and condescending. Starting with my age and questioning why I'm still having babies. He also questioned why I chose to make certain medical decisions about how to treat my aneurysm. Even telling me in front of my 12 year old daughter that I could die if left untreated (as if I dont already know this). This provider was completely unprepared for my visit. It was clear that he didn't even read my chart past the aneurysm. He didn't know any of the results from my genetic testing or blood work results * asking me for the results instead. He was in the room with me for a total of 10 minutes and showed no concern when I told him I'd been having horrible pain on my left side. My concern that I may have a UTI. He said it may be a pinched nerve or a UTI and offered no help. Not even to have me tested at the regular OB provider that is in the same office!. He left me and my family in complete disgust with his attitude and his complete disregard for mine and my unborn babies care. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. Please do your research yours and your unborn baby's life depends on it. Im transferring my care back to Christopher Dixon with Orlando Healthcare who is literally across the street.

I can not begin to express the most gratitude and thankfulness to this amazing practice and everyone who works there. I, like most women, was not sure what to expect when I walked in for my first appointment. I was unsure if anyone or anything could help me reach my goals of becoming pregnant. I was recommended to RMA by my OB/GYN. Dr. P was compassionate, caring, and always took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood everything! The entire staff was always pleasant and kind from the moment you walked in the door to the time you walk out! Going through this journey no one talks or prepares you for the emotional toll, this office keeps you updated and informed to make it easier to process any news, good or bad, that they may tell you! I highly recommend this office, this practice, this doctor to anyone who is looking for help in their infertility journey!!

Words cannot express how amazing RMA Lake Mary is. Dr. Patounakis is hands down the best doctor we’ve had the pleasure of knowing. We found the clinic on a Facebook support group, and my wife and I loved his office from the very first visit! We really appreciated how calm he was during this entire process, and how he always provided us the information we needed in a way where it was understood. He made the tough calls not feel so tough, and the good news feel so sincere; we could tell he and the staff were just as excited as we were. We really hope to see him and his team again soon in the future. I highly recommend him for any LGBTQ+ couples trying for a baby!! Good luck to anyone reading this review, we wish you the best and hope your fertility journey is as successful ours was! -Love the Lewis Family!
