Dr. Leonard at RMIA helped make it possible for my husband and me to have a family. Against all odds, our miracle baby was born in December, and he is pure joy! Dr. Leonard and all of the staff at RMIA were so kind, thorough, and informative every step of the way to help my husband and me have our little boy. Throughout the whole process, we were kept in the loop. We appreciate Dr. Leonard's honesty and her advice on the best way to make our dream happen. I would 100% recommend RMIA. The whole team is top notch. They have been an answer to our prayers.

I had a great experience with RMIA. All of the nurses and phlebotomists were friendly and kind. I especially want to shout out Monique at Edina for putting me at ease with early morning blood draws. Dr. Kim was helpful, kind, and never dismissed my concerns/anxieties. She did a great job of providing information without over-promising or telling me and my husband what to do (ie allowing us to make our own choices with the information we had). I especially remember when an endometrioma was found during my egg retrieval- I was so anxious and wanted to talk to the doctor to understand what it meant and make a plan. She moved my appointment up by two weeks and made time for my call over her lunch break her first day back after some PTO. That made a huge difference to me and I won’t forget it. My husband and I just welcomed our IVF baby a week ago. We are so grateful to Dr. Kim and RMIA for making this addition to our family possible. 💕

My husband and I chose to meet with Dr. Leonard because of her expertise in infertility due to PCOS. We had been trying for 7 years before making the leap into IVF. We started our IVF journey in January 2024 and we gave birth to our son on March 7, 2025. We cannot give enough thanks that appropriately measures our gratitude to the team at RMIA. Not only to Dr. Leonard, but the entire team from the financial office to the embryologist, nurses, lab staff, and receptionists. Everyone was always so helpful and it felt like they were eager to answer our questions. We did utilize the warranty program that they have to offer and I feel it was 100% worth it, just having that peace of mind if it didn’t work out the first transfer we could try again. Thankfully we didn’t need to use it, but knowing it was there as a backup was reassuring. When we are ready for baby number two, we will be back! Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts!!

After nearly a decade of struggling with infertility (unknown cause), RMIA Supported us in creating our family. Working with all of the RMIA staff was such a great experience. Everyone was so kind, considerate, and thoughtful. They took a very difficult experience and made us feel very comfortable. Everything was explained in detail including in person, with a book we followed with our personalized plan, and in videos. Someone was always available to answer any questions we had. Dr. Phoebe Leonard was very easy to work with and always took our concerns and needs into consideration. And, in the end, her knowledge, expertise, and care gave us our beautiful son. We cannot thank RMIA enough for all they do for their clients each and every day.

I have been going through RMIA for several years. I have worked in healthcare myself for over 15 years. With that being said RMIA is by far the best organization I have ever seen. RMIA in Woodbury shows expertise, compassion, efficiency, friendly atmosphere, personalized care, prompt service, comfort and clear communication. When our first IVF transfer was unsuccessful, everyone showed so much compassion and patience and answered my million questions. I have never felt like just a patient. The phlebotomist who saw me often and would remember the things we talked about. Bre at the front desk, would remember my name and DOB! Bre is so kind and welcoming and the best person to have at the front of what can be a very stressful process. Dr Kim, is absolutely incredible. She also would remember things from previous appointments-from previous years! She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. She reflects that in every apt I have had with her. The whole team communicates beautifully. They are very quick and efficient working together and get back to me fast with any questions I have. Rmia is truly the best clinic I have been to. I would recommend, and do recommend, to anyone I know seeking fertility treatment. I’m so incredibly lucky to have this amazing care team that has given me two beautiful babies. I am forever grateful!
