To be clear, I was able to get pregnant and had a healthy baby, so this review has nothing to do with the success or failure of treatment. This was the worst experience of my life. Coming here not only left me traumatized, but also left me with a deep mistrust of doctors. They push you to do IVF without working to find the root cause of infertility issues, only offering additional testing once a transfer has failed. My care was also delayed due to incorrect information they supplied. If you reach out to their patient advocate, he not only shares your concerns with the doctor providing your care, but when asked for clarification, tells you he is not a physician and cannot give further insight. If you have the misfortunate of coming to this clinic, please do your research so you can advocate for yourself. Doing so might end up saving you tens of thousands of dollars.

Dr. Kim and her team were friendly, understanding, and sensitive to our situation. They did not give up on us and instead used different methods which ended up in a successful, healthy, smooth pregnancy.
